Quality selection, good service

I used to go to this location regularly but will not be going anymore. I was given the incorrect amount of change and have tried reaching out several times with no response. I understand accidents happen but they have not even attempted to make it right. I’m very disappointed with the customer service. Your employees should learn how to count.

Has anyone else had issues with them selling you items not even on their website and not telling you? They don't care as long as they get your money. Seems like bait and switch. Plus, they have employees that make managerial decisions. I'm done.

After Independence Day! I made another visit to Proper Cannabis Crestwood to relieve pain from moving the wrong way, with one pre-roll Wow! Relief!

Don’t order ahead online. That only puts you in the sideline until after 11am. You get better service on a walk in basis. Other than that, this place is good.

Got a 1/8 of Runtz for $20 from proper cannabis…… will be coming to get more !

This is a great company that stands behind their products. I was having an issue with a vape cart I bought at a different dispensary and called to ask if they could help me figure out why it wasn't working and they offered to test it for me. I arrived around 7:30pm last night and everyone I interacted with, from reception to my budtender, were amazing and provided such great customer service! I ended up needing a different battery for the cart, which ended up resolving my issue. I wish I could remember my budtender's name (I was hoping it was on my receipt so I could give him a shout-out) because he was super awesome and knew exactly what the issue was as soon as he saw the cart. I will definitely be back to visit!

The staff was warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. What I appreciate most about Proper is not feeling rushed when I am shopping. The staff takes the time to hear what I’m looking for and make insightful recommendations. Staff fosters a relaxing, low pressure and professional atmosphere.
