Best dispensary in Utica hands down! The most experienced, and honest staff that’s always attentive and helpful. They always do fun giveaways and prizes, and everyday they have specials for almost every type of product. Plus they get exclusive drops and carry some things I’ve never seen anywhere else! 😍 they’re rewards system is awesome too you can gain points really quickly and redeem them for in-store credits or even get a free gift. I love puff theory! 💕
