Thought it would be more to offer for customer experience in store...New locations but hoping there has been improvements;Wonderful selection.

Way overpriced

Tele-med consultation went just as the customer support and emails had explained. I was at a lost to find a dispensary and use the newly acquired license, but within 24 hrs after I received the links to both physical and digital cards another email arrived providing info on where and how to shop for legal medical marijuana for either pickup or home delivery. Needless to say, I am a very excited as I expect my products at my front door tomorrow morning. Thank you, Jamison!

I've been there once just got my prescription it was good friendly helpful folks took time to teach me the kiosk to order I will say the flower is priced ok it the dab thats super high price but overall I loved it and will be going back 5 STARS all day.

Adjust your expectations. It's Virginia, not Oregon or California. We have a republican governor who stopped all progress on recreational use. Remember that the next time you vote, please! East coast options are not the same as west coast so just remove that from the table and don't blame the dispensary if they are hampered by the stupid rules and regulations of this regime. I was grateful to see ANY sativa options! Drive-through was available but since it was my first visit, I needed to go inside. Intake was simple. The business was clean, orderly, and friendly. The employees were super helpful and demonstrated how to use the kiosk system. They took my debit card so no need to bring cash. With the sales and specials plus 20% off, pricing was fine. Until we can return to a democratic governor and legislature, we are making due with what we have and I'm grateful for RISE.

I just started going and this second month I really paid attention to the percent last month I had gotten la kush and white something didn't do the job I wanted I've smoked weed for 45 years but anyway this time I got Blue Cookies (leaf)Awesome haven't seen leaves like that for a while good green... cartages blue rasp and calm Awesome aso but the real kicker was the single dog walker joints all good in the hood glad I didn't take to long to find the right stuff Thank You

They have the worst weed I have ever smoked in my life. I was charged 70 for 7gs of absolute trash I will never recommend any dispensary that isn't aware of the quality of their products. Dharma Pharmaceuticals is a bad joke no one laughs at just pathetic. Wasted 70 dollars on pure trash.

It floors me this is what we’re stuck with all the way until 2026 until we get a new governor as he is not going to make VA a recreational state which is absolute bs so we stuck with these crappy prices for 3 more years 40 a eighth for the worst bud ever is criminal

Horribly rude and unhelpful. Multiple similar negative experiences with staff here. They're lucky they have no competition because I would take my business elsewhere.

My absolute favorite place to shop period. Always excited going there, place is a bit small and can get crowded sometime but everyone there is always a pleasure to meet. New products are always coming in.

This is a magical place. I am so grateful to all the staff at Rise who go above and beyond to help their customers find relief from numerous medical conditions and are always kind and patient. I love coming here, I actually look forward to it. I have been happy with all my purchases and have come across some of the best weed I’ve ever had. I recommend Crescendo if it’s available. I highly suspect the poor reviews of this store have actually never been.

Very little selection

Friendly staff, not the greatest selection or prices right now but that’ll change as the supply in VA grows. Definitely will be back.

Quality of product leaves a hell of a lot to be desired. I haven't purchased as weak a strain in over twenty years. Beginners can grow more potent weed than what they sell. FAR, FAR from a top shelf product. Rise use to sell good weed, but now they are a failure
