Horrible service. They could not get my order right. I got home and found that my entire order was wrong, so I had to make a second trip because of their lack of competence. Either the person in the back cannot read, or just does not care about doing their job properly. When I went back the second time, i was told they could not fill my order, because they were out of the item I had ordered, So beware, what is on the website does not match up with their inventory. So ,after making 2 trips, I still could not get what I ordered. Beware, they do not know what they are doing, and they do not seem to care about how much they inconvenience their customers.

why confirm my order if not going to prepare it? wouldnt recmmnd like 1/3 of order was out of stock

Love the ambience of the place everyone is willing to help and are all very knowledgeable of the products. Fast and efficient service. They never fail to impress.

Hands down the only place I go to. From their products to their loyalty rewards program to their customer service everything is absolutely top tier. Made an order using the loyalty program points. They forgot to send some free items I had earned, I made a call in and an hour later they pulled into my driveway and blessed me with more than I expected to make up for the error…even called to check in on satisfaction when it was delivered. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable and now they have Bodega Boyz..hopefully they’ll expand that product line.

When I tell you I didn’t even have time to turn on my ps5 and get into a game and the delivery man was already at my door(came on a scooter very impressive how fast he got here) and the bus was of high quality no boof id keep shopping here if I was you

This is my first review of this place after visiting for my first time. They have great customer service and everything is smooth operating in there. HOWEVER, i must admit that I am not impressed. I bought the strain “Italian Ice” from them and tbh I’ve had it a lot of times in my past (not from this dispensary) so I have quite an experience with the strain personally. Long story short, when I cracked sealed the jar and opened up the package, it looked, smelled and smoked nothing like “Italian ice”, basically false advertising. The strain looked and smelled like a mid grown kush. Also when I crack open the bud it’s like it gave me a sprayed kinda aroma. Iykyk. Anyway it had Little to no great taste and bad aroma which definitely was not Italian ice. Worst I bought 2 eights of the same thing. 1/10 I am not pleased with my purchase.

This place is terrific. A wide variety of everything, friendly, knowledgable budtenders, and a fantastic delivery program. Just an absolute gem. You won’t go wrong with these guys.

Wow! To start off this places’ aesthetic is beautiful. Catches my eye from the outside and walking in the vibes are even more top tier! J was amazing, I hope to be served by her again. She helped me choose some phenomenal products and handled me with respectfulness and patience as I couldn’t make up my mind with all the options. 10/10 dispensary, come check it out

Prepaid delivery, arrived a little earlier than 2 hours :) from a place that doesn't get delivery from other popular places in the city. Considering I like what I got & don't do much delivery, first time experience was good! Got respectfully notified when they arrived at the building when entered, up the elevator, quick ID picture, and done!

I really liked the product! Unfortunately the prerolls I had were sloppy packed and slightly bent out of shape also 2 out of 7 of them had seed and I was very displeased with the smell and taste of the burning seed. Other then that great delivery time!

I literally only order from them and the quality is always superb and delivery is usually super fast I never waited more than 2 hours.
