Without fail, it’s a great experience from ordering to pick up! Excellent staff and quality products.

I have only went once. I have an Illinois medical card. The guy at the front desk wouldn’t take an Illinois card. So I shopped from the recreational menu. I’ll survive. I asked for a Jack Herer disposable pen. When I got home and opened up the bag I had a Maui Wowie vape pen. Not what I asked for. I believe the price was the same. Kinda turned me off of this place. I have used my Illinois card at other Missouri dispensaries. Not sure what was going on there. Glad where I live I have a lot of dispensary choices.

I was baited and switched sold the wrong product and Shangri-La refused to correct their mistake. This store is dishonest. I have read other reviewers also who agree. There is one guy in particular who sold people the wrong products. He placed them in the bag and stapled them shut without allowing them to check to confirm if the item is correct. The lines are long because the salespeople spend too much time trying to upsell the customers.

Knowledgeable budtenders. Usually good selection of flower. Near fast-food!

5/08/22 DO NOT GO HERE. I come here all the time when I’m in town I called earlier this day and asked if they had the Pineapple Kush in and they said they did. When I went their they didn’t have any so clearly that was a lie. And I called after I left and asked why did they lie. The person that answered the phone started cussing me and making threats to me when all i did was ask a question. He also said he knew my address from my id and that he can come over and try to hurt me. I can’t believe this place would hire people who cuss and treating their customers. So if you don’t want to get cussed out and have employees cussing you and making death treats do not go here. The guy on the phone started to lie and said he didn’t say anything when I have 3 witnesses that heard the entire conversation. I can’t stress how much you are better off not going here. I will contact the state department and report this dispensary it’s crazy how management wasn’t there and did something I guess this is how this dispensary treats their customers.

The people at Shangri-La love there job. It makes the experience that much better.

Great experiences with this chain of dispensaries. Good loyalty program with special deals. I’ve had them mess up and fix it immediately and professionally.

The drive thru option is a great idea...

This is a very pleasant, well organized dispensary, with helpful, friendly, lwell educated staff.

I bought some Bubba fett water hash, and was leary of spending 50 bucks for .5 and I got it home opened the container up. and the hash was pressed in bottom of the container, so, in trying to get it out of that small container, and I stuck my tool, to get a chuck out and it popped a big piece of the hash out, and I couldn't find it, I was elated I searched and search for it, I said I will never buy it again , I got a little taste, but not a 50 dollar tast, it would be nice to see it before you buy it ! Disappointed, it's not the dispensaries fault it's the companies putting it in those messed up container !

They were very understanding and polite. It was very comfortable and relaxing inside. The workers were absolutely great.

Great staff, products, discounts and store. Won't be going anywhere else!
