Silver State Relief - Fernley

I love the bud tenders, The selection is great, and honestly a very chill place but..... I'm hoping this is seen by management. I have only had one bad experience here, Do note it was not a make or break kind of thing but it did get under my skin. So the story is quite simple, every time i have gone here I show them my original military ID and this has always been fine for my 10% discount. (I do just tip the amount right back but not the point). The manager took a look at it the last time I went. She proceeded to tell me how it's an expired military ID and can't be used as proof.... ok, so I want to point something out. if the military ID was current that implies I'm actively serving. I mean my Geneva code and SS is right there on the back yes I took my SS just so they know it is indeed mine and actually proof. I don't know a lot of people that carry around their DD214. Yes you can get it on a license for being new to the state. obviously that has not done yet. I'm not upset nor it deters me from coming back. when you're in there just about every week if not more and no one's ever had a problem with it when you give me the excuse that it's expired. of course it's expired. I'm a veteran. I'm no longer serving. to just dismiss it without any questions is honestly a bit disrespectful. All in all this place is a great place. I will be going back mostly for the bud tenders. they're knowledgeable and really have helped exactly what I need for my medical condition which I use cannabis for.

Not only did I not get my delivery on 4/20 but I was told after waiting all day for it that they were SORRY and I'd recieve it the following day. The next day I called and was told it was canceled because they dont hold orders, which I know they normally dont, but! Skyler from dispatch said I had no reason to be upset! Get over it! I understand they were busy and glad they did great business yesterday, but I dont think anything is worth losing a customer over, especially a loyal one.

Longest lines and if you order pickup they say it’s 15 minutes but half the time they don’t process your order

I have been coming too this despensary since the grand opening. I must say throughout the years everyone has always been kind and curtious and treated me with respect and you guys have had always good prices and decent selections. I would like to Give an shout out to Alice!!! the Intake coordinator she has always been kind and curtious and very helpful when I come in and puts a smile on my face... Thanks again for everything u guys do.

As I have recently rediscovered the benefits of cannabis, I admittedly felt a little sheepish about going to a dispensary, since the breadth of knowledge available has expanded so much since my youth. For background, I have not registered for a medical card yet, but Anxiety and Pain are my medical issues. LET ME TELL You! I could not have asked for a better 1st time dispensary visit. All 4 individuals I encountered were easy to talk to, informative in their position, helpful, and down to earth- all the knowledge and guidance I sought was available without snobbery or stress. Also, the layout is easy to navigate, displays are spotlessly clean, it's the kind of place I could suggest to just about anyone from Senior citizens who haven't touched Weed in years, to 2 or 3 decade toker friends. I'd feel confident they would leave the building as informed/intellectually stimulated, comfortable, and stocked up as they desire (within the limits law dictates of course). Definitely a Gem here in Fernley and I hope they are here to keep Bud kind for many years to come! Shout out to Carey H. for the exceptional Budtender experience and kind guidance, I appreciate it greatly! Hope my review helps others like myself.

I love coming here always quick and convenient in our little town😉 But I only come in when certain people are working💚 I try not to let "One Dry Bud Ruin my Day but it is inconvenient",I love Kristin and jennifer They are Amazing an always helpful an a smile on their faces

Dude the propel are friendly knowledgeable and the building is clean AF like even before covid ..and prices are pretty cheap too Tbh

First time at this location. Was basically ignored as the budtenders were completely focused on pre orders. After asking for help, I was offered little to no info on the genetics of 2 house strains. Reluctantly, I chose 2 eighths to try. Blue dream and White widow. Both industry standard strains. Really, really poor quality herb. So dry, it crumbles to dust, leaving the medicinal qualities left there as well.... In the dust. Zip. Nada. Super dry weed, kid like budtenders with little experience other than reading pre printed terpine cards and using a cash register. Will never frequent here again and will recommend others to go elsewhere. Ssr Reno was just as bad. Y'all need some new packaging and quit hiding behind inferior product. Your lab results are a joke and would never be the same if tested out of the package at sell date. Get it together. Go elsewhere folks

It's a good shop. One of my favorites.lots of variety.

Being able to pre-order through Dutchie online is the secret. They have 2 lines, one for recreational cannabis and one for medical cannabis AND pre-orders. There is rarely anyone ahead of me and my line gets first priority among the budkeepers. I rarely have to spend more than 5 minutes in the facility. The budkeepers are very efficient.

This is a really good dispensary. Their prices are really reasonable compared to others around and you normally can get in and out pretty quickly. Carey was really knowledgeable, he answered my questions and definitely helped me get a few products that have really helped! It was nice to not feel rushed and he made sure I got everything I needed. Big thanks to everyone up there and thank you again Carey.

Had a great experience at this dispensary. I have been to a lot of other dispensaries and this one by far exceeded my expectations, especially in such a small town. Kristin was a knowledgeable budtender and I felt very comfortable purchasing from her. Thanks again, now off to Burning Man.
