My last two experiences at Solar in Seekonk have been borderline abusive. UPDATE: THEY DID NOTHING....
I have been a Solar customer for years, and have visited many of their locations throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In my experience, the staff has been awesome - upbeat, knowledgeable, and professional.
During our last two trips, my wife and I have interacted with the "manager" of the Seekonk location. We have had some issues with our points account (we accidentally have one for each of us) and normally managing this has been very easy. This manager has gotten confrontational on multiple instances when we've had issues ordering under the correct account, despite being told on multiple instances that the team was able to rectify the issue, and we shouldn't experience it again.
During my wife's visit today, this "manager" inserted herself in the transaction, accused her of trying to manipulate the points system, blamed her for the issue, and belittled my wife - going so far as to say I do not support her. My wife was, understandably, quite upset by the situation and tried to just pay without using the system and leave. The manager continued to make comments during the rest of the time my wife was in the store. The manager admitted that she remembered us from last time and "forgot" to address the issue with our account following the last incident.
Why would someone in a Customer Service Position ever utter something like "Even your husband doesn't support you..." when trying to resolve an issue for a customer? This behavior goes so far beyond what I would deem acceptable for any public interaction, no less one occuring inside a place of business.
I reached out to the Somerset Headquarters immediately after learning of this incident and was told there was no one available to speak with me, only an email I could reach out to. I left a number for a call back and did not receive one. If I need to type out this situation, I'm doing it once and I'm doing it publically.
I am open to a member of the Solar Customer Service Team reaching out to me to resolve this situation. I cannot say how poorly this reflects on your brand. UPDATE: No one has reached out, called me back, or even responded to this post. Heard ya loud and clear Solar...

The good: Nice dispensary, quiet, fast service and friendly employees. 5 stars.
The bad: More expensive than nearby locations and the rewards aren't that great, if they apply them to your order at all. I currently have over 1,000 points and only qualify for 10% off, which they never end up applying even though they'll say they do or else I'd have far less than 1,000 points. RISE will give you $5 off when you reach 100 points so the rewards system here is seriously lacking.
Overall: Good dispensary but could improve their rewards system and maybe include some less expensive pre-rolls (less than $9) for the stoner on a budget, like myself.

I was screwed out of over 20k loyalty points and even though they know they screwed me; they refuse to do the right thing and look into their system and clearly see it. Absolutely will not shop here again.
