Columbia Care - Logan

The Columbia Care location in Logan, OH is AWESOME! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The security guard took it upon himself to help me while the other gentleman was busy assisting my brother. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me narrow down which products would work best for me. He was spot on. The gummies are working exactly the way I had hoped, something to help my pain that won’t make me feel high so I can function throughout the day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Logan, OH location and the numerous products they offer.

The mgr reduced a 40% off flower to 20% since I had other flower 20% off because Im a medical patient. You dont screw the medical mj patients. It was an advertised sale. Ill never go there again. I told the folks at Marietta Columbia Care & they said Logan doesnt understand it was NOT stacking. One discount per item is not stacking. Bailey was not there. The clerk in the back didnt know his job at all as i asked about discounts. I saw dumb people

Worst dispensary in Ohio. Had to use their tablet to place an order because their website wouldn't take pickup orders. Placed my order on their tablet. When I got home, I realized that they had sold me the wrong product. Called them immediately and was told that there must have been an issue with the tablet. But told me I was screwed because they can't admit fault and allow me to return the incorrect item. Will never shop there again. DO NOT SHOP AT COLUMBIA CARE.

I've been hitting Columbia Care, 3 yrs now. When it was Strawberry Fields. The prices are generally good, but flower on sale is often dry. Also you can't change products at register, like most places allow. Timed pick ups. I've waited over an hour many times. The staff is well educated and really nice. No complaints about staff. Bailey, you are on it! Sorry if your name is spelled incorrect. Needs more Handicap accessable parking spaces or curb delivery. I have a torn hip, with osteoarthritis. Walking and balance is difficult. This is my go to store and I still rather buy the dry flower then pay $100.00 extra at another dispensary for the same thing. And just put lettuce in my coffee filter with the flower and ta da, moist. Changes but better and cheaper on my wallet because I live on $589.00 a MONTH. For me and my two boys. That's nothing. every single sale product, means I feel better, and I do more activities with my boys. Family 🫶

Just slow. Nice enough folks working there. Look through what they have some is priced on the low side for Ohio.

The new kid in logan Columbia care sucks, he think’s it’s cool to talk about the customers even though we can hear him. I told him about it and he coward right up. The rest of the staff is super nice especially Bailey.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The slowest and worst service you could ask for. There will be 1 car in the whole parking lot and still have to wait 30+ mins. People have stuff to do in their day. These workers obviously do not understand that.

Internet and Leafly said they were open until 6. I arrived at 5:29 and they refused to help me. Security guard wasn’t nice at all. I wish I could leave it 0 out of 5 stars. I’m new to this and have epilepsy. We didn’t even get out of our car. The man yelled it from the door. We won’t be back and I will let anyone know how we were treated.

Nice product very informative about cannabis needs. and would have to say have best deals for medical cannabis in Ohio. especially the discount they honor also.

I can’t tell ya how happy I am that I finally don’t have to drive 6 hrs round trip for medicine. 22 minutes from my door to theirs!!!!!
