most of the regular staff was nice and they have great deals, but the managers (especially Amanda) are complete assholes who will ban people for no reason, including just for leaving bad reviews. For that reason alone you should shop at any other dispensary. They have their noses so high in the air that their chins are perpendicular to the ground. I recommend Bliss in Kent, or the new Mothership dispensary in Streetsboro. Literally any dispensary other than Supergood in Ravenna.

Starting off I did a mobile order and apparently there was an issue with not being able to use my correct name on my google account that is the same as my id so I went to get out of my car and come in then that’s when the rude red headed guy that was a bud tender told me I couldn’t stay parked in a curbside spot when I look to see all the other spots are filled and I kindly tell him there has been no one in the curbside pick up since I got there so he rudely made me move my car and when I got inside he didn’t even have the audacity to help me he made me wait about 10 minutes till someone freed up even the bud tender that helped me was rude and didn’t ask any questions . I wouldn’t recommend going here at all

First visit today. Reception and a few of the men were great but there are a few young women there who need to look for other jobs. So rude I considered leaving but low stash. If they are there next time I visit, I will switch to another dispensary. Yeah, they were THAT rude.

Supergood hands down has the best overall prices.

Super easy and surreal to pull up like I'm getting groceries and have someone bring my online order to my car... been waiting a loooong time for this lol. Enjoy yall 😊💨

It was pretty cool …very uplifting atmosphere. The employees are all nice and very helpful with good knowledge of their products. around nice clean happy environment

Staff was extremely unhelpful,infact refused to check on an online order I place 8 hours prior to my arrival that was not ready.Refused help by two staff members.Patient in pain.

Very friendly as soon as you walk-in. The counter help received choosing a new smoke type was great. The staff answered every question when ask. Prices were great. I’ll be back very soon.

Love love LOVE our new dispensary! Super friendly staff from the moment you walk in the door, all the way throughout the purchase. Bright, clean waiting area INSIDE with chairs! (GASP!) The showroom is a sight, many many products on display surrounding the room, you’re welcome to explore as you wish. Plenty of staff on hand to help find whatever you need, and they’re happy for input. SO MANY SALES!! Ok. I’ll stop. The only negative I’ve had so far is that their ATM can be hard to figure out, it has some options I’ve never even seen before. Never had a problem actually getting the cash, just be aware and take in your glasses. Thrilled for this new option. Welcome to the area!

Nice to stumble on a Dispensery closer than my normal however same products as other dispensaries in the area with much higher piecing left without purchasing anything. Would not recommend
