Had a strange experience yesterday with new suterra lady...scared me...I just went in for a great 54% kief I wanted...I love surterra...great atmosphere, people, but there was a new lady on...she was very angry, mean....told me they were out of what I wanted..the nicest young man stepped in and said yes! They did have the kief listed, and grabbed a whole box of the containers of kief in back...great guy.. What a strange experience! Why was she so mean??? Surterra is usually such a great place...great employees...I left quite shocked...left a good tip, really for the fellow...she grabbed it with no thankyou and an angry look...all very strange

They have some PHENOMENAL strains... The Platinum Sugar, Banana soda are Fire! Staff is Freindly, and knowledgeable.

I shop at Surterra very often. The main reason why is, I LOVE the staff! Julia does a fantastic job with her staff. They are very knowledgeable, patient and friendly! My main reason I haven’t been going to Surterra is because of their lack of products, mainly flower. Wish they had a better variety like Trulieve.

My favorite KW dispensary!!!! I’m always greeted by friendly faces, the service is fast and the location has PARKING!!!. They have flower now too so it’s my one stop shop ✌🏼💕🔥
