They raise prices based on thc, one day a strain is 25 dollars and the next it's 50 dollars just because the thc goes up 2 percent. There are cheaper and better stores in town. I'm done going here.

This is David Bruce Bennett, just wanted to say thank you so much Surterra, for having such wonderful products, and med tenders, I would like to thank, Makalia, Brad, Chris, Brittney, Kenneth, Tre, and others, as I will learn your names, also, anyway, I wanted to leave a tip, as they are working hard to keep us medicated, but did not see a tip jar, I would like this to change!!, this plant is one of the reasons I stay in this world, as I have a severe mental illness, bipolar 1, so please change this Surterra!! Ive been a loyal customer here since this dispense opened. But the first chance they get, they sell my confirmed online order out from under me. Im very disappointed. I sure did like everyone here. Except for being lied to about why this happend, by the yahoo who called me, and by the weirdo I chatted the issue to. I wont be coming here anymore. 🙄
