I absolutely love coming here. The quality of the products is definitely better than any other dispensary in the area. Everytime I come Dion is a pleasure to deal with and always gives good information about the products I'm looking for, he is very helpful which is nice since in alot of these dispensaries noone really knows anything about the products. The team here seems very nice and knowledgeable as well, it is always a pleasure when shopping here. I will continue to come back.

I like Surterra Miami Beach dispensary. What I dislike about Surterra as a whole is that is doesn’t give hardship discounts like other dispensaries leaving me to shop with them more and gets better quality and more flower choices to choose from. I love Surterra but you need to do something with and for your valuable and loyal customers to keep us coming back. The prices are too high for peanut butter form float and your syringes and distillates. I have points that I can’t even do anything g with because you al got rid of the point value system which would have com e I handy for people in my situation who needs the discounts. I understand being on the beach you may fallen into the it wil cost more because I’m going to buy it on the beach or any of your dispensaries. You have placed them in high end living areas to cover your cost when I. Fact your loosing patients and customers because you don’t have discounts for returning patients. Only for first time and second time patients which is not Feasible to patients Such as as myself. I’d recommend it to a friend if it’s their first time. Just not continued use unless you can afford it. The flower is the cheapest thing you have.

The physical location is very inviting and comfortable. The staff are very helpful. Delivery is available with no delivery fee and the delivery personnel are just as helpful. Now that they have a wide variety of products it’s the only dispensary I shop.
