RJ helped me with a battery And made sure I left with an improved one and personally set me up and went over step by step instructions with me despite that it was busy . This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Appreciate you.

LOCATION ! And the manager and her staff were very knowledgeable, patient with me and so very helpful. The store was very easy to get in and out of and conveniently located next to some of our other shopping needs. Look fwrd to making this my choice store. Would like to see a better discount for our Veterans , I think that is very important . At 15% it’s the least out of the surrounding dispensaries . To match the 30% same as a competitor would be a good choice not to mention the Veterans this location will pull in from this area that have been using competitors further away from our homes here in Flagler. Thnk you for your quality service. A+++ STAFF!!

This place has a GREAT contactless drive through set up!! Ordered online through the website, signed up with CanPay Good2Go and was able to prepay online, got a text when it was all ready and just drove through. As the Mandalorian says, this is the way!

I recently purchased some Float Wax from the Palm Coast location, when I got home and opened the container it looked, light, the wax didn't even cover the bottom of the small jar. I weighed an old empty jar and weighed the new jar I just purchased only weighed in at 0.6 grams of product, it was supposed to be 1 gram. I contacted Surterra and was told all sales are Final. I STRONGLY SUGGEST, anyone buying ANYTHING From Surterra to weigh it before leaving the store. You expect light products from a street dealer, but not a licensed Dispensary, I am very disappointed with my customer experience with Surterra will NEVER Shop at any of their dispensaries again.

Need more products!! And higher THC percentages in them. Not much choices available. Products available have lower THC percentages compared to other dispensaries nearby. For the price they charge, I can get the same nearby at a much higher percentage. I went there twice so far and both times it was dead. Probably because the choices are few and so are the THC percentages. Not a good sign for a place that just opened up. Hope it gets better soon.

FINALLY! It seems like it's taken FOREVER for this to open! I live in Palm Coast and this is so much closer than Port Orange! The staff is wonderful and so knowledgeable. They take as much time with you as needed, never rushing you. I love the products! Thanks Surterra!
