Super friendly staff. I used to think they had premium products but I’ve now had two different packs of pre-rolls with poor quality. Flimsy rolls and they quickly lost their shape and bent over. Another one and the same pack was impossible to smoke as the flower was so tightly packed.

Sweet Spot has both an excellent and knowledgeable staff. They are patient and answered all my questions. Their line of medical products is better than other dispensaries I have visited. Best of all, their prices on medical Tuesday are the best.

Horrific customer service. The front of house here is very unprofessional. I tried to purchase some cannabis at this dispensary and ended up leaving empty handed. The doorman was rude to me when I arrived, I was told to wait in a different area as I am a medical patient. This area was empty except for a sign which instructed medical patients to wait here. I waited for about 20 minutes. About a dozen recreational customers were allowed to go past me and make their purchases. The door man was playing on his phone and didn't seem to care that I was just standing around. No one else did either.

Managers are not knowledgeable about accepting out of state legal ID.B Wont even look whenbtrying ti show them the kegislation. That is what you get with poorly educated staff. Overpriced!!! And out of popular items iften. Will not be going back!

Very down to earth people. They helped me find the product i was looking for that fit my preferences and price range. Would highly recommend buying from here

I highly suggest going to Sweet spot it is a very laid-back place with very friendly people. Especially the dreadhead light skin dude named Dom he was a breath of fresh air he was so friendly and pretty much only way to describe him it's like meeting an alternate version of Bob Marley I will continue going there because of him

I was one of your first customers on opening day last December, 2022. It was an interesting experience as coffee and donuts helped make the line go quickly and the customers were all exchanging recommendations for the various products on display. I've been a regular customer ever since . Your staff are always informative and pleasant. Their recommendations for products that will help my old age pain and improve my sleep have always been on the mark. One suggestion: You should consider having holiday coffee and donuts to celebrate your one year anniversary on December 22!

Not the staffs fault but whenever I go there's always older women who ask a million questions to the point where the line curves around the store, do some research and know what you want! This part is the staffs fault. Please don't sell pre rolls if the filters are completely clogged. I could barely inhale I had to take the thing apart and re roll with my own papers. Not the most inconvenient thing for me but if you're selling that crap to a med patient or someone who physically can't roll, this becomes a rip off.

This place has some great deals (especially directed towards medical patients). Products are top quality, the service is super friendly and outgoing. A mistake actually occurred with my order and they went above and beyond to fix the problem. I have been a patient for a while I've seen alot of these places, this place has quickly moved up my favorites list. HIGHLY recommend
