Klutch Cannabis - Lorain

Since I moved back to the area, I have been looking for a dispensary that fits my needs. I was rather spoiled living in Columbus because they have everything everywhere. This dispensary filled that void for me. The staff are extremely nice, they are knowledgeable about their product, they assist you as much or as little as you need. The prices were awesome. They sent me home with a whole brochure book, explaining the different varieties and types so that I could further educate myself and help myself better understand what I need. The aesthetics were pleasing. They went above and beyond what I expected from a dispensary. I’m highly impressed. I think I found my new favorite.

Great aesthetics, looks like no other dispensary I've been to. It offers a different dynamic in where you can get in and out if you know what you want, or if you want to talk with an agent for more information, you can do that as well. Also has a drive thru, but you have to go in the store first time to register as a patient in order to use it.

I’ve been purchasing with the Citizen since they opened. Klutch and Kiva are definitely my favorite brands. The building is beautiful on the inside along with their cool citizen kiosks. Let’s not skip the convenience of the drive-thru. Oh and the staff they are very knowledgeable a kind. I’ve been to other local dispensaries and it seems like you are just a number. The employees at Citizen take their time especially for someone with not much knowledge on Cannabis Terpenes to help you get the right products. I would recommend The Citizen to anyone due to the great customer service/experience. Keep up the good work Citizen by Klutch you guys are on to something. You’re in a league of your own with customer service and patient care!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, both Germaine and Crystal were so helpful and patient answering all of my questions. I also really enjoyed the ability to look at the product containers and “scan” them into the kiosk for more information or to easily add something to my order.
