The Highest Care dispensary located in Natchez, MS was the first medical cannabis dispensary in town and was started with a love and passion for cannabis. They are definitely helpful and knowledgeable about the medical Cannabis. Nice atmosphere and welcoming! A good selection on pre rolls and pretty buds with high terps!
