The Releaf Center - Bentonville

Awesome experience! Long read, BUT please take the time. I couldn't have asked for a better first-time experience for ALL of this. For this being something that's typically "scary" for first time users, you won't have that experience here. A little about my AMAZING experience. When I arrived, I was welcomed by the "door checker." It was chilly out and my first time (One page questionnaire to best serve you) and the "door checker" done his best to quickly sign me in, ensuring I wouldn't get cold. Once signed in I was brought in and asked preference in product to try. Once decision was made, I was taken to the next employee for the next step in the process. I was lead through the process and informed about the different perks/benefits in each of the different product options, ensuring I was comfortable, and knew what I was looking at, before proceeding. Once I chose my products of choice, I was informed of total and given a free T-Shirt, coke-can cooly, and a 20% discount, JUST for being a first-time customer. Paid for products, the products were explained and how to navigate use, if wasn't familiar. Was informed the benefits of each thing that was in the product I purchased and the things it could help with. Was then given an information sheet with the different benefits of things in the products and pharmacist information, should I ever have any questions. Then, was handed my purchased products and walked to the door. There's so much concern, care, love, knowledge, & passion, in these employees & what they do, that it's impossible for it to go unnoticed. For example, the employee that helped me with my decision in product, based on my needs AND preferences, stepped out with me to ensure me that I wasn't alone in my journey and not to be ashamed. That there was no such thing as a dumb question. They were all there with knowledge of different levels and if one didn't know another would. They learn from the pharmacist regularly, in varies ways. Didn't rush me off. Let me talk as long as I wanted/needed. Definitely made sure I knew I was welcomed back anytime. Also informed me about the delivery service option, should I ever want/need to use it. Before the end (and many times during) they ensured me it was ok to ask questions if I had any. They made it a priority to share the opportunity of their knowledge becoming my knowledge if it were an interest, before leaving. **RARE**OCCASION** ---- > I was very pleased with too many things to name, so please know, THIS is the reason, why I left a review. **!!WOW!!** Thanks for the amazing experience and incredible amount of knowledge, for just my FIRST TIME. **!!This location is my location of choice!!**

Wish they get back their daily deals, used to make my way all the way from Greenland. Loved how they USED to sell 1/8ths deals and you can mix match to make a whole oz. Now since they discontinued, had to go somewhere else. They were such a good place.

I was strictly a Releaf Center but I use .5 cartridges and the selecting and price point for the last several weeks. please tighten up I'm getting tired of driving to The Source in Roger but I'm getting what I want at a better price point. Please help us cartridge users. Improve your cartridge selection and you'll get some more of my $$$!

No complaints except for the names and strains growers and brands having similar or identical names so there’s some ambiguity as to what it will actually end up being sometimes. Also the labels (h), (h/i), (i), etc and then also having the opposite fully written out either below the abbreviated form , completely missing , inconsistent, or not as described .(this is all just the labeling methods of the names and strains and types im talking about) . Like tonight I accidentally got the wrong thing because of an identical name or image or brand or mismatch I’m glad I caught it because the other one was not so good. Seriously my only issue but realistically I realize that this mess is hard to fix so right now I just do my best to give my self a couple hours to make sure I know what I’m getting before I place my order and even then it’s best to double check or triple check like tonight . Oh well I mean it’s almost perfect what are ya gonna do. 🤷‍♂️ You are gonna get this problem probably everywhere you go due to the nature of the problem so this is just my two cents. There’s a suggestion box so I left my only suggestion :) 🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁 Thank you ReLeaf for relieving me from my night terrors and night mares and all those shitty nightfuckers! :) In all seriousness they have allowed me to live my life and be able to sleep at night so thanks again. TLDR: You won’t find a better place highly recommended.

The staff is wonderful, 5 ☆ The relief app,website both sorta sucks. Design your own and make it easy-to-use. I'd like to see better priced specials, and stronger THC. You can by recreational at double the THC, only about an hour away? But overall I love this place!!

I’ve been a customer since they opened their doors. Best deals in NWA. My delivery drivers rock and I'm happy with what they pick out for me. When visiting The Releaf Center, the vibe is happy and everyone is great. I don't shop anywhere else.

I've been coming here pretty much since day one, they never disappoint. Every single person I've ever encountered has been excellent. If they don't know something, they won't muddle their way through just to sound like they know something they do not. Instead they accept the challenge and deliver correct, and accurate information. That to me is gold, it really bothers me to no end and is what I have experienced from the local competition. They help me maintain control over my medical situation and have never once just tried to "up-sell" me to a more expensive product I don't need. I could go on and on, suffice to say if you're new to this medicine or experienced, they will be able to deliver and it'll be fun in the process. I greatly appreciate all of you, thank you 😊

This was my first time ever to any dispensary, I was blown away by how cool and smooth my virgin experience was. I first walked up and was greeted at the door where they took my ID and med card, filled out my new patient form, and then I was inside picking up my order that I had placed online 10 minutes prior to arriving. Got all kinds of knowledge on the strains I had ordered and any question I had was answered with enthusiasm. Got the 20% first time discount, and was out the door smooth as could be expected. Oh yea, my dog was able to come inside with me and was given a treat also. The whole experience was awesome and couldn't imagine goin anywhere else. It was just like I was at a buddy's house, felt like part of the family for sure.

Ordered online, got to store didn't have my order. Sold out of product that was on a confirmed order that was ready for pickup.I never received a notification other than my order was confirmed and ready for pickup. Not the first time this has happened. What's the point of ordering online if you sell the product to someone else anyway?

They are very helpful and knowledgeable about meds to help you. Best people ever.

The Releaf Center is the only place I go for my medical Marijuana needs. The staff is friendly, helpful and always call me by my name. They have daily specials so I always save money. I recommend the Releaf Center to all of my friends.

The relief center is a nice place to go to need to find a lot of friendly people there they all know what they're doing and they all help out a lot give you any information you need I wouldn't go anywhere else I love you guys they're like family thank you for being there for all of us

I always love the friendly and attentive personalities of all the employees at the releaf center. Of course there are the select few of employees that stand out and make me look forward to my next visit. Keep up the good work
