The Vault Ada

Spud is the best bud contender

My go to in Ada, OK. Most Amazing quality and variety of flower in town!!! Spud the bud tender is the best, he's always so friendly and helpful!!! Recommend 10 out of 10!!!

Every time we go here they are so helpful. We went on a Friday and Taylor was super helpful and energetic. The Vault is definitely the place to be!

Great service

My only issue here is customer service. Sometimes it’s nop notch, other times it’s completely non-existent. I’ve placed 2 pick up orders, and been left sitting in the drive through for 20+ minutes without ever being acknowledged before pulling off without my order. Each time I sat there waiting until eventually starting to search other nearby dispensaries and place an order, pick it up, and STILL not have heard anything about my order from here. I’ve always liked the products from here, and it’s conveniently on my way home but the inconsistency makes it hard to shop here often… However, The Flower Factory down the road is always in point with orders, product and customer service! I know I could walk inside, but it’s not always an option with me as a mom. I don’t mind waiting if you’re busy inside, just communicate that with your customers.

It was great thanks

I absolutely loved coming in for some bud yesterday. The bud tender who was there is Spud and I gotta say he’s my favorite out of everyone there. He’s always extremely nice and helpful and when he tells you about what you’re buying you actually understand what he’s talking about. I definitely recommend the vault especially if Spud is there.
