The Botanist - Columbus

Love this dispensary! Chill vibes and incredible staff. Shout out to Andy, bud tender extraordinaire, who is so empathetic and kind, and has helped me so much! Request him, especially if you have questions. He is super knowledgeable and has been spot on with his recommendations for me. I will be back!

This was my first experience at a dispensary in Ohio. I was very nervous and anxious walking in but they created a welcoming environment and encouraged lots of questions. I felt like I knew so much more about my cannabis journey after working with their staff. They were also very efficient in fulfilling my order.

I am entirely new to cannabis use for either medical or recreational purposes. Getting my medical marijuana license was a bit of a Hail Mary pass for relief from chronic headaches. I was a little intimated at first, not being familiar with the history, culture, or language that has formed around cannabis use. After some research I chose The Botanist in Columbus to be the first dispensary I tried. After that first trip I see no need to check out the other dispensaries in town. The store is warm and inviting looking from the outside. The friendly front desk staff quickly checked me in and took me back to the purchasing area. The interior is warm and softly lit, with jewelry-style display cases showing off some of their hardware. An ATM is available in the store, but for a fee. Transactions are cash only, so come prepared. After only a brief wait I was assisted by another extremely friendly and helpful staff member, who was able to set me up with everything I needed to get started, and for a reasonable price, including a strain that has helped alleviate my symptoms. I have been back several times since that first trip, trying out different strains and forms, and everything I have purchased from The Botanist so far has been absolutely top notch. I will be returning to The Botanist for all my future purchases, and see no need to check out any of the other dispensaries in town.

This is my go to dispensary in Columbus. They just have a whole vibe that is different from any other dispensary I've been too. Its kind of like an apothecary/spa for weed. Their staff is super friendly and gladly helped me take my debit card out of the ATM once bc my nails were too long to grab the card. Haha, I was a bit embarrassed but then it happened to another lady and the guys just made us laugh and feel even more welcomed. I have been to Terrasana as well and its cool- their music is good, but overall between the Botanist, Terrasana and Verdant- I'm going with The Botanist. Thanks for always taking care of me!

Their staff at the Botanist is second to none. Out of the 10+ dispensaries here, this has been the most knowledgable and friendliest staff that I have found. Their products are a little more expensive than their competitors, but they are my go-to shop with any questions I may have surrounding strains or consumption. Excellent spot to check out if you haven't already.

this is the best dispensary in columbus. prices are competitive and lowest mostly without promotions at other stores. it is very clean, spacious, and friendly atmosphere. staff are great, cheerful and informative. product is almost always available. they update menu daily. i have never waited for more than 20 mins with an average wait of 10 mins. i always feel upbeat and satisfied when i leave. others have me drained after visit (wait times). i recommend this dispensary to all. there is no other like it!

Actual PHD Pharmacist on site makes it stand out and feel “Medical” but the pharmacists are also down to earth people and amazing to work with will be back soon!

The only bad thing is having to wait outside. Which is understandable given COVID and the small lobby, but it still sucks, and is really my only complaint. As far as local dispensaries go, this is my #1 stop.

Super friendly almost every time, if you want to try new things they'll tall through options. High quality product all around.

Good job Botanist. I felt very welcome here. Love the facility, the location and the free parking. Friendly folks and a good product selection. The people in the back room were warm and more than willing to talk medicine with me. Lots of places try to rush you out the door once they get your money but I did not have that problem here. The vendor sales make for some killer deals if you catch them.

I’ve only ever visited out of state dispensaries, but this location is by far the best. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the facilities are secure and very nice. Online presence is the best that I’ve seen in central Ohio.

Staff are cool. Wait times for online orders can vary but it’s all good. Prices are competitive. Sales are scheduled and easy to plan around. The Botanist is the best Columbus dispensary experience.

All good people. Chill environment. The waiting area is small but you usually aren’t there for only a couple minutes. Then inside it’s big and plenty of things to browse while wait for your order or to be called.

Today was my second visit and once again it was top notch. Nothing but great things to say about this establishment.

When I tell you that was the cleanest bathroom I’ve ever been in I mean it ! I’m a neat freak & I was even impressed !! Everyone tells me I need to branch out and try other dispos and when I have I was sorely disappointed with everything from how they ran to atmosphere but Botanist is always quick but they listen & always give me the best advice on what to get ! The Botanist is my #1 Dispo for the Columbus area 😊

Customer service is lacking. I'm tired of being skipped over as I wait to get my order filled. With a computerized system, this shouldn't be happening. It's simple: first come, first served. When I voiced my concern to the staff, I was ignored both in person and via email. This isn't a fast food transaction; customers need to be treated better by this dispensary -- especially given the price patients are paying. And parking is a pain.

Very slow service even with a call ahead or online order.

I really didn't have any dislikes quality is awesome the it's time for awesome I found what I needed atmosphere I'm a little bit more laid back but the atmosphere was good too all in all I loves it✌
