Trulieve - Clermont

2 months since my last review and things haven't changed. Trulieve apparently refuses to let employees get full time hours in order to avoid paying them full time benefits. Thus resulting in low staffing. 4+ hours later patients are still waiting for their medical prescription to even be filled. If they don't want to or can't wait they can go into the store but there they will be submitted as a walkin because they were unable to check in and be considered an express and their order will then be filled on the fly an hour after they wait in store. More than once I have opted to go to Cutaleaf solely because of convenience and was dispensed my medication in an orderly amount of time every time.

Ever since they changed systems (causing everyone to lose all their rewards points) they have been horrible with service (people are great, but that doesn't make up for the lack of service). Several hours for express orders.. and once you get there it's another 30-45minutes before they get to you. I'm glad Clermont is getting the rest of the dispensaries finally.

Extremely slow and inconsistent.

Luis is the absolute man! He is super nice, has helped me multiple times & every time I get help from him its top notch service! Every dispensary needs a man like Luis behind the counter because he knows how to treat a customer properly.. Thanks Luis & thankyou Trulieve!!

If you have any common sense at all please read this and then leave do not trust Nick. Nick is the worse liar, very unprofessional, he should be fired . First he charged me twice for the same item , and if I didn’t catch it he would have never said anything. I placed a order in March, was told 5 different times he was sending tracking information I’m still waiting in June. Took my money had no intention of sending me what I ordered . Stop returning my calls, Finally had to call my credit card company to get my money back . Now that I have it THIS IS A WARNING ⛔️ DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS

This Trulieve is always convenient on the way home, and is my favorite out of any dispensary I have gone to.

I picked up Black Tuna from Brandon. Great guy, knew his stuff for sure. Helped me out with some cooking tips, and with getting this Black Tuna strain. Very good for my chronic pain, didn't put me to sleep, it was uplifting, and no pain. I got this in Crumble BTW. One of the best Hybrid's I've had yet in Florida or Colorado.

My bud tender Dallas is always helpful and gets me what I need, he knows the products very well and really seams to love his job. Keep it up Dallas!... I picked up the pineapple upside down cake and it was everything I was looking for and then some, a good kick in the face. Thanks Trulieve! And thanks for getting a location so close to my house (3 miles away!)... catch you on the flip side

The best service I’ve had at any Trulieve across the state - and I’ve been to too many to count! I’ve visited this location probably 5-7 times since they’ve opened and every single time the service has been stellar. Short wait times and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Can’t believe I just said those things about a Trulieve but the Clermont location is unlike any other location I’ve been to. Tristan and Manny helped me last time, the time before that was Brittany. They’ve all been exceptional! Wide flower selection is nice too (but not nearly as important as the service).

Nobody in there knows what they're doing yeah they're friendly but you get over that when they keep making mistakes constantly.... Website and ordering is terrible... Half the time they cancel your order.... This location in Claremont never has any flower there are always out constantly.... Very sneaky staff if there's a problem in there and you confront them they just stare at you....and if they tell you there's no flour ask anyways when you get inside because they're all very incompetent.... Just want to remind everybody that once again yes they are nice very nice very customer friendly but incompetence voids all of that

Always out of stock. I was told what days items were coming out but corporate decided to release them early so the day I go they were sold out. Why release flyers and release product early? Horrible service! Definitely taking my business somewhere else

Great experience from the grand opening to each and every successive trip. Was tended to by Daniel Rhett and he was absolutely wonderful. We had a great conversation and every time I've been back since, Daniel goes out of his way to ensure that I am taken care in the best manner possible. Was recently helped by Jesse and he was fantastic as well. Everyone at this location is super friendly and delightful to interact with. Phenomenal job by bringing this top notch experience to Clermont!!

I placed an order on line and when I arrived it was ready. I worked with Rachel who was very pleasant and helpful. A great experience. So glad that George is there who is the security guy, felt safe. I will continue using this Trulieve store!

The people here are fantastic. I’ve visited here a couple times since they’ve been open. Today I was assisted by D. Rhett and he was like a guru lol. I’m 53 years old and he was able to guide me in the right direction for my particular needs. The staff here is wonderful. They greet you upon entering and are helpful and welcoming.

Welcoming staff, plentiful flower, all around amazing environment. Daniel Rhett is an especially outstanding staff member whom I have had the pleasure of dealing with every visit! Always leaving feeling well informed and excited for my next trip back.
