This is the absolute worst location out of all Trulieve!
I have shopped with Trulieve since they opened and they just continue to go down hill.
Yesterday was my final straw.. on line order picked up a few carts Alchemy, when I got to the car and opened packaging the carts are Trulieve carts not alchemy. Long story short and 3 1/2 hours later I got the total run around and this and that. Finally some how the girl sold me a additional cart and I payed more money. Got to the car and noticed I had 3 instead of two. Went back in and they would not give me the cash back only store credit. I just handed her the money and she made the mistake. They pasted me around to different associates and hours later got no where.
The so called “shift lead” was so stoned and just muttered aha aha aha to me and said he was going to call the district owner to to ask permission to give me the refund for the cart that she charged me for that I didn’t authorize to purchase. He (Jose) Came back 20 minutes later said sorry he said “no” state policy ( whatever that is) then said store policy as we cannot give back a cash refund. And in my eyes Trulieve is going downhill, they’re swapping out carts or the employees are stealing stuff in the back and swapping stuff out you don’t even know what you’re getting. This is supposed to be a medical you don’t go to the pharmacy and get a bag of medicine and it not be sealed from the pharmacist. That’s how Trulieve has become needless to say what a big waste of money for a mix match of weed that only gives me anxiety. They can only tell you how it makes “them” feel. Not leafy description or any other or even scan the QR code to see the info on it for “medical” purposes.
Then can’t even speak to upper management (Anthony or Daniel), I was told I needed to come back to deal with this awful lazy, wasted staff. You can’t call and he most likely will not call me back. I did leave my phone number my receipt number and my email just in case. I also have five receipts for the timestamp of the amount of time that I stood in the store the amount of mistakes that they made. They only caring, kind one was the front desk girl. I definitely will not be sending my business to Trulieve in the future and I would love to speak to a person in charge that capable of comprehending what the situation was at hand.
This is not how you do business! Oh and the worthless soul I tried to deal with was Jose. The other employees tried to help and were nice they were just trying to figure out what Jose kept passing the buck on. Plus Jose made me was some more again while he was slowly doing his closing duties after I had been there for 3 hours. As I watched employees take 15 minute breaks to get stoned and even more confused. Absolutely absurd to do business this way.
Also this is medical, not recreational and you got a bunch of kids that are in there who have no clue about any of the strands and what it will do to people when they take it. They think it’s just a game however it’s medical and it needs to be addressed!
