Trulieve - Englewood

I love Trulieve but Englewood location has NOT changed their hours on the front door and I was turned away alittle after 8:30pm. All the guy told me was go on the website. What kinda shit is that? Definitely left a very unhappy customer 😒

Where’s the regular Englewood bud tenders??? I was shocked and disgusted by how this new person ABNER treated my sweet Veteran father!! Not our fault you’re busy buddy! He was RUDE, condescending and dismissive!! Who hired this guy with ZERO customer service skills anyway?? We only recognized a couple regular tenders, WTF Trulieve?? And why is it so crowded and disorganized?? Masks again WHY???? Where are all your REGULAR helpful employees?? The guard was even napping in the lobby, alert for danger obviously……… ADVICE TRULIEVE, shape up or ship outta Englewood

I work for a MMJ doctor, and I am always impressed with the Englewood location and staff. Especially Michael Wolfgar. He is by far one of the most knowledgeable and professional employees I have ever come across. When my patients go to Englewood they always remember Michael and how helpful he was. He truly is an absolute gem. He is always able to answer any questions about the products. Michael also always let's you know about any new products or MMJ strains he thinks would be helpful. So a huge thank you to Michael Wolfgar and the rest of the Englewood staff. You guys are awesome.

I had my first visit to our local Trulieve vendor this week, and found the staff, especially Wolfgar and Keenan to be very helpful in regards to my first MMJ "shopping spree". The atmosphere reflects an anesthetic version of a medical clinic, with extremely cheerful sales associates who are very well versed in the subject of Highology, and make the buying experience pleasant and even fun. The staff even endorsed my suggestion of providing customers with a scratch and sniff menu, so hopefully home office reads these reviews. The goods news is that when the associate finds the specific product that meets your needs, you can bet its good stuff!

My go to Trulieve in the area. Everyone is top notch, chill, and always polite. This time, i had Jerrad again, hes chill AF and always hooks me up with any deals that are available. The new TruStick 2.0 is an impressive upgrade to the original ans is recommend to anyone who uses the TruPods to upgrade to the 2.0

Rosalyn went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. She took her time and made sure I had everything I needed.. Rosalyn truly cares about the patients and had my best interest 100%. She updated me on everything I need to know about my points, discounts, how to pay and many more helpful things. Everyone at this location was incredibly kind and I highly lol recommend coming here for your medical needs:)

Everyone at Trulieve Englewood makes me feel welcome as soon as I was through the door. Keenan educated me on RSO and I’ve slept amazing ever since. Rosalyn goes out of her way to help me. This place is great. I won’t go anywhere else.

The Venice and Englewood locations are great. Helpful friendly staff. Amy at Venice was very knowledgeable and cared to speak with me about my health condition. She is an asset. Meds mostly 🔥. Thank you for being here for us.

Employees at this location are very rude 😒 . Completely bummed about the experience I had while visiting this area for a few days . 😢 I will NEVER return to this location . Wish you guys the best in life

I was assisted by Courtney T. She is the reason I’m taking time to make this observation public. The difference between representatives that are obviously educated on the subject and can prevent you from making the wrong purchase, or direct you to the exact, accurate needs of MEDICINAL use... is invaluable! Besides this representative’s enthusiasm to educate, patience to listen to “where you’re coming from”.. and obvious appreciation for being acknowledged for genuinely helping people through obvious compassion,& concern for people and their states of well being. Please make no mistake... I would not have written a review if I weren’t overwhelmed by genuine, obvious concern coming from this person. So... THANK YOU COURTNEY T. You represent exactly the kind of person we all want addressing our needs. Through obvious thorough knowledge, and authentic concern for individual customer needs... This was my third time, to this location. The last 2 times, I have had the same bud tender and I like her, very much! She’s super easy to get along with. She has a great personality, makes it super easy to feel comfortable with her and like you have known her forever. I visit many dispensaries, often. I get along with everyone, it usually just takes a while. She’s awesome! Knowledgeable about the questions I had.

Courtney my bud tender was beyond amazing and helpful. Kind, sweet, caring, knowledgeable. She saw that I was upset due to selection, and she did everything she could to make me happy and overall, she did. She found something that I wanted, even tho it wasn't a mini today but she is so sweet.

I've been to this location several times since the grand opening and I've been very happy with the quality of products and the friendliness of the staff. Cortney A. has been especially helpful and always has a smile on her face. I haven't been to any other dispensary since the opening of this store. Quality, Convenience and Customer Satisfaction right here in Englewood!

This was the first dispensary I’ve ever been too. The staff was helpful and friendly. Cortney was my bud tender and was very helpful and knowledgeable about various strains and products. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
