They did it to me again! Drove several miles with a bum leg and in pain because they advertised 24% THC for the 9 pound hammer flower, which is what I need to sleep. They keep doing the bait and switch thing and when I got there, they only had 18% THC. The only reason I went there is for the 24% because I knew it works. The last time I was there and they did the same Bate & switch tactic on me! I was told to keep on watching for the higher % as they do receive it on occasion. I watched every day for The 9 pound hammer in a high percentage. I was so excited that it was available at 24% and immediately purchased it online the previous evening. Their customer service is really horrible at times and you can never count on getting what you buy online. These people are crooks and I’m sick of it. We need better regulation at this dispensary. I have not had this problem with any other dispensaries I deal with, only Trulieve. QUIT LYING TO YOUR PATIENTS TRULIEVE!!!

Let me tell you, I've been to a LOT of Trulieves, Trulieve Osprey is by FAR the most SUPERIOR in EVERY way. First of all, your not just waiting silently for 20 minutes for a TruHost. You go Up Chuck and BEST of all Goofy Gary. Goofy Gary makes every experience the BEST and he's just the best dude man. I'd come just to hang with him but then they give me the best deals in town AND the best service too? No wait times? WHY go anywhere else???? The BEST.

Everything about my visit was on point. I was greeted with all smiles by the staff and even by the security officer. Donovan was a huge help, he educated me on all the strains I asked about, and was very respectful and kind. 10/10 recommend.
