Trulieve - Port Richey

Some of the staff is friendly but the place truly rips you off. VERY over priced and they continue to raise prices.

I places my 1st order at 3 pm when it got to be 7 pm I drove there. I order stuff that was on sale they claim to give a 50 percent discount but when I went to pay they told me no discount on stuff on sale that next time I came in I would get a 60 percent discount so I ordered something at full price and still they wouldn’t give me a discount so walked out the people here are very manipulative and underhanded they are not here to help you they are trying to rip you off you need to be more up front with your customers before you find yourself out of a job I am going to make some phone calls today I sure hope more people do so we can fix this crooked store

They consistently charge more than your online total at checkout, and the staff is useless. Particularly the guy in drag at the desk. There are enough options, go somewhere else.

Beware if you expect timely order pickup. I placed an order at 1:45 for pickup when I get out of work ... I get the text my order has been received. So I get to the shop a little before 5. I check in, and mind you every other dispensary in the area you place on line order tell them it's a pick up, it may take 5 or so mins but an hr?? The person says it will be An HOUR!! I just ordered 2 vapes and 2 prerolls. I told them I would be back in an hr and she told me that I would loose my place in line.... This shop needs to spend a little bit more on payroll and hire more staff as we all know how much cash they bring in. Very disappointing..

This store overcharged me and would not refund the overcharges. The manager said she “can’t” give me back my money. They offered me store credit. It was not my fault they messed up. I cannot take Trulieve store credit to the grocery store and buy groceries for my children. I need my money back.

Always a great atmosphere when I come to this location!
