Great and friendly staff. Last time Jafna Rivera took care of things for me who was also awesome.

Amazing experience with a five star staff, management & product. This store is stocked. This store has its own internal sales, in addition to statewide promotions! This store has customer service that walks you outside so you can actually try the product if necessary (providing of course that you have a licensed driver with you so that you are not going to be driving under the influence). This store is the kingpin of deals, discounts, and delicasies not available at other stores. They offer an assortment of products in flavors, styles and sizes that you can not find at other stores. Seffner Trulieve actually stocks up for you so that you don't see something online that you can not wait to get, only to find out later that that product was sold out earlier that morning ( unlike Lakeland Trulieve). This store has a manager that is 2nd to none in catering to & pampering customers to the point that not only do you get what you came for, you leave feeling so happy & so taken care of that you can not wait to share your experience with others & look forward to your next visit. Don't know which battery or pen you want to vape with, no worries the staff there is actually educated & truly knowledgable about every product they sell & can easily school you on any questions you have about the way to use your medicine, that works best for you. I feel like perhaps the Manager, Heisel (pronounced like Hazel colored eyes), is so amazing, I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't personally train his staff because as good as he treats you, that is how good the staff will treat you as well! Oh my goodness, please do not take my word for this amazing experience, go visit for yourself! Ask for Heisel or anyone personally trained by him if you really want what may be the best customer service you have ever encountered. I have never had an equal experience to this store, the only downside is that they set the bar so high, the other stores just pale in comparison. Great visit as always! I have to give a shout out to Gavin and the Trulieve team. He is the man and knows his concentrates! I hadn't been able to get relief in months from my medical cannabis due to tolerance. He suggested I try Unicorn Kush wax because the Terpene level was a 7 which is really high and the terps help with the onset and effect and boy was he right!! Thank you Gavin and the Trulieve team I have officially obtained relief!!!!👌👍🔥🦄

Trent, who appeared to be the store mgr, was great in getting me started with Derek in the back. These 2 guys worked quickly to complete my order. They were both very knowledgeable about their products. There was a great selection of meds to choose from and everything was in stock. Another bonus is that there is a parking lot! Lol. People who have been to Wesley Chapel know what I'm talking about. This dispensary is about 35-40 minutes from my home, but the drive was worth it. This has become my 'go to' dispensary. Thank you Trent and Derek again for spectacular service.

Very clean entrance and main area. All staff members I had an interaction with were friendly and knowledgeable. Jelissa was my bud tender, and she helped me pick out some quality products to add to what I had already ordered.
