Kali helped me this morning and was perfect! Very knowledgeable about products and efficacies and most of all she was just a damn pleasant human being to be around. I appreciate her!

I am so thankful for the Largo trulieve team. They are amazing and go Out of their way to make you feel Like you are A person And Not just a number . They are always kind and polite . There are several managers at this location that are awesome and I would love to even have them be my boss . They're all very kind genuine and they do their job effectively and efficiently . Props to the Largo Trulieve Jen and Sam and all the people that work there truly care.

Home delivery messed up, two out of two times. Received confirmation text and was told of delivery date and the orders ended up being delivered days later. And at a $15 delivery charge.

At first the store was great. About a month into me going there they did me wrong. So they say they will keep your product 24 hours yet 3 times in a month and a half they sold my product out from underneath me, the last time within 2 hours, then to cover their ass checked me out as if I had bought them so this month I can't get the rest of my medication because they want to lie about what was dispensed to cover their shitty business practices.. I keep all my bottles and I only bought a little over an ounce. Wouldn't recommend at all and will never go back.

Jenn and all her staff are amazing. Super customer service. Great product knowledge.

For context... I go into this particular shop at least once a week, some weeks twice when my pick for the week needs a little assist. I've been going to this location this often since it opened and it's all but completely stopped me from going anywhere else. Here's why... First and foremost, the staff. A lot of times when I leave a review it's because a particular person at a particular location went above and beyond in their customer service. Here? (And keep in mind how often I'm at this location...) I've never had anything but an outstanding experience with every single staff member at this location. I could easily write up 30 different reviews on each and every person employed here and gush about them and in what way they impressed me (not as easy to do as I've gotten older and a bit more jaded with what is usually always employees lacking the giving a shi* factor). I come to them (staff) with a plethora of issues... PTSD/anxiety/depression/herniated and bulging discs (which causes quite a bit of pain) and suffer from severe insomnia. Every employee always takes the time to listen to me ramble off my issues and what's the worst that week and help me pick a strain that's going to target as many of my issues as possible while keeping me within my budget (highly important always but especially now for my little fam, and they never try to upsell me and make me feel in any way bad about my situation). And last but certainly not least... Product. I'm a flower lover. I love the whole process of packing my bowl, lighting, the smell... It's been my ritual for many, many 😏, years. That being said I also recently went back to school and medicating with flower? Not as discreet as I need... So I also go to the carts often. Of course there's been times when I've felt dang, wish they had xyz. I think that's anywhere. However! I've gone to other dispensaries and have been told they have either NO flower or only have highly priced pre-rolls. I have never left this Trulieve location without some sort of flower that has been a good choice for at least one, if not more of my 'issues'... Same when I need a cart for school. I clearly kinda like this location. 😜 The staff at this location. The product 🔥. 1000% would send a friend. And all of you lovely peeps reading this. Promise. You won't be bummed. Trulieve Corporate -- If somwhow you read this... Can we pretty puleeeease get TruGround here? And some more minis? And more importantly, if you read this, know... Please know, how incredibly fortunate you are to have not one, not two, but a building full of incredible people who are your employees. We know how hard it is to find good help. You've accomplished that in Spades here. These people are top knotch and I truly hope they are valued as much from that end as this end. Staff, if you read this? I mean it all. Myself and my curly haired little dude love our visits to you... And each and every one of you deserve these words that are spoken, well they are typed 😁, and I truly appreciate the help I've been given over and over. And over. With so many of you!

Online order took way to long ! You guys need to hire more employees ! The text msg you guys send once online order is complete are very misleading, you think your order is ready but then you have to wait 30-45 minutes ! Really disappointed

Very friendly environment. Products are fresh and consistently exceed expectations.

This is by far the most friendly dispensary near the beach. Kelly and Tina have been our knowledgeable consultants we ask for but everyone is super nice and not stuffy, clueless, or cocky. It’s a real chill experience.

Every visit has been pleasant and informative. I can not blame the staff, if I have a complaint about a product, but would like to know who to contact.

Sam Rissi is the man Boy do I wish more people were like him, he got me hooked up with a quarter of some super loud flower and some crumble that looks incredible
