Ziana was very helpful and knew all the products. I was passing through and wanted something for my painful shoulder that had been bothering me. She recommended a topical product that was CBD but had a little THS (I think it is called) and it really did the trick for my shoulder aches and pains for the rest of my trip. The place appeared very clean and organized when I was there in October of 2021. All staff there that day were very friendly and politely reminded me that I needed to wear a face mask to be inside and would need my ID to purchase.

Selling product that is over TWO YEARS OLD, wasn’t allowed to check it out in store and didn’t find out until we got home, they weren’t willing to even discount us on something that was fresh even though we just bought not one but TWO products over two years old… disgusting.

Wish I could give them 6 or 7stars for service. Great place with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Don’t hesitate to stop in! Great deals and products.
Love this place, but one suggestion. When you have deals and they're switched or changed could you update the paper work too? It was A slight inconvenience today when buying incredibles. It was suppose to be buy 1 get 1 free. The deal was changed and I was offered an ornament instead. The ornament is cute but still kind of a bummer. Hope you all have a great and safe Christmas, much love all.
I've been going here since they opened, Their employees can be really rude (depending on who you get). I never understood the if you dont like us go out of town attitude. I ordered online showed up and they were out of stock on what I ordered. No making things right for their mistake in anyway only an attitude about it like it was my fault they were out of stock. I used to be loyal here for years until I had enough of their "great attitude." I'm only their if I have to otherwise I'm glad to go out of town.
I love the product and the people most of the time. It used to be better with they're service but now it seem's that they are almost out of stock with a bunch products. They've also been changing they're prices on the spot and or are not keeping they're site updated. Like I wanted to order a .5 gram preroll of graminals they were out . then I looked to see if they had any rooster sour in stalk they said yes. Now on the site I've seen it at $6 for the past 2 days but then they tell me that there was a $4 increase 10$ now for something that has almost as much THC as the graminals litraly almost a 1% difference (and granimals was still only $6 before tax mind you). But besides the false advertising/service its not a bad environment. but don't know if me my friends and family <-they're words as well. are going to continue going here.it will depend if they can fix the false advertising.

Terribly sorry about the mix up on the .5g pre-rolls. They are a new item for us and there was a miss communication on our end about the pricing when getting into our accounting systems. The are $5 - $6 dollars.

I used to come in several times a week but will be going to Curaleaf from now on after being chewed out by an employee for taking pics of their halloween decorations. You can let people know what's what without being rude, I'm in retail I do it every day, so I dont really care what the excuse is. If I treated any customer, let alone a regular, that way I'd get fired. You just lost a loyal customer and won one for curaleaf, so congratulations I guess.

Would love some of the previous vendors to make a come back or a uniform price house strains in NV dispensary to dispensary. Cause I travel 2-3 hours and a quarter is 40$ at one and 100$ at another. Prices need to uniformed other wise just like gas everywhere else is cheap and here in Ely we pay the top shelf price for house strains. This shop is full of hard working employees that always help to the best of there abilities. Amazing service from beginning with comfiming my name and order and ensuring that I have selected everything I wanted. Highly returned by Cash Belushi
Ordered online, got a confirmation by text that my order was ready for pickup. Was told to stay in my car and text when I arrived. I did so. 15 minutes later still no response. I called the store to tell them I was waiting outside for 15 minutes and they said they were having a problem getting texts. WOW! I go inside and they tell me they didn't have the half ounce that I ordered. WOW! They said they only had eighths which of course cost more than the half that I had ordered. WOW! So I reluctantly bought two eighths. Then had to wait 10 minutes to get my change as the attendant pushed buttons trying to figure out my change. WHAT A JOKE!

It was great. Pick up is super convenient.
Went back in and they did loose my ID. Someone working had it in there pock and left. That's why I don't like giving ID. But it's an awesome store none the less. Great product.

I came in and was taking photos the employees nicely asked me not to and explained why. My bad understanding though! Once inside it was decorated for Halloween and had a large variety of options and pricing! I enjoyed the friendly crew and they talked to me and helped me find what I needed for my migraines! Thank you so much for helping I slept so good from the recommendation of 9 pound hammer! See you again for sure!

The gentleman working outside today was extremely kind and on top of his job. While it was kind of slow he spoke to my son & mom and cheered them up just by offering conversion.
Everyone working inside is always kind, knowledgeable, patient and quick. They've always been professional towards myself and my family & friends.
