I love the pre rolls here! Best in town hands down. All Ultra Health pre rolls are great

They falsely advertise and won't make it right with their customers. Bought 7gs of the sunset x mac and 3gs of it was seeds. Called to get a refund or different weed and it was acknowledged that this batch was "seedy" bug they would do nothing but give me a preroll for the $65 I just spent. Went to get the preroll and was given attitude by the kid in the front and then no notes in the system regarding the preroll. Got the preroll and it's even worse than the 7gs I got. This is NOT medical grade weed.

So let's start off with saying their product is good and decent price. and most people I interact with are good. So why am I'm mad? I parked my car and got in line before the store opens. There were about three other people in line. A few minutes later a lady pops her car door open to yell at us about being there first or something I don't know I'm just standing in line. She proceeds to get out of the truck and start in again when the guy behind me asked if she was security. We laughed. Then DURING A PANDEMIC, she decides to physically encroach on my space not giving 6 feet. Yes I said to her that I was upset she wasn't giving me space after she was already mad at me for standing in line. hell I even started pulling out my 6 foot tape measure. I was cool until she went and karen complained to the manager. The owner then came over to berate me again. The manager said karen threatened to call law enforcement because we were two men laughing. I am a customer too. stop listening to Karens.

I’ve got to say that the pre-rolls are horrible there they stink and they have a nasty taste to it I don’t recommend a pre-rolls there or the shake
