So far so good with Urban Farmer. The gentleman with the longer red hair helped me my first time and was super knowledgeable. My mother loved the chocolate fudge I got for her and it has helped improve her sleep.
I went in there today and it looks like they might be running low on their prerolls but that is no big deal. Also the woman who works in the back is super quick to package up your order. So nothing negative to report and I would recommend to tip them well after they've helped you out.
