I have been impressed with the sales staff, and their knowledge and helpfulness. I am not impressed with customer service. I emailed them once, and they didn’t reply anymore. It was just a question about policies. With more dispensaries opening, I’m surprised at poor service.

Used to be much better. The service is poor. As a medical card holder, they used to have knowledgeable staff. Now no one seems interested there except for a quick transaction.
Never has any sales like other dispensaries. What i pay 85 for here i get on sale for under 60 at any other place too expensive, to use as your regular go to dispensary. Too bad because im like a mile away from them and I drive 15 20 miles to buy the days limit and save over 85 dollars doing so.
