I visited again today and it was another great experience! I appreciate your assistance and professionalism dealing with my therapeutics...more than you'll ever know. Quickly though, Long Waits: Depending on the 'price reduction special of the day', a transaction can sometimes take a couple of hours nowadays. COVID-19 protocols are being followed stringently (thank you!!) so that's kinda slowed everrrryythhinnnggg down (although things seem to be getting better each week I visit) Online Orders: I would most certainly recommend you make an online order, on their website, at least an hour in advance...if not more than that. My online order was easy to shop for, easy to build a profile, and then checkout...with no payment source requested/required to complete checkout... basically just a reservation process that's called a checkout process :) So, once you've completed the online checkout successfully, begin to plan your trek to Verdant Creations. Sloooowly. You'll get 2 text messages pretty quickly, but the 3rd one is the most important and may take an hour or more to receive it. The text message will read "Your reservation with Verdant C. is ready for pickup." Once you get that final text message, it's time to go pick up and pay for your beautiful new therapeutic medicine! 'May it increase your quality of life, as it has mine.' Today, things were quick, efficient, and I was in and out of the dispensary...let alone the parking lot...within 25 minutes of my arrival :) Any additions to or subtractions of my word-soup of a review would be a great service and very helpful to us all :) Oh, and each day of the week's consistent, simple, and reliable price discounts are greatly appreciated by patients like myself and others. My favorite dispo in the area. I've never ordered curbside, but the lines aren't as bad as everyone says they are inside. They can scan people in a lot quicker now, and even when there is really high traffic in the store, you get out of there quickly if you mobile order. I think what some people get annoyed at is how long it takes for people to go through the checkout, but I don't know if they realize a lot of the time they are answering the patients questions/educating them. So I wouldn't dock them for that:).

This was my first time at this location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Once I registered I was taken back almost immediately. I used the consultation that was offered to help find some products I was looking for. Verdant week was awesome. Who doesn't like a hefty discount? This is my new favorite place.

there website leaves alot to be desired. but people especially LES is very knowledgeable and trys to get me the best deal.

I had a wonderful experience today while purchasing however upon realizing my Vapen was defective I called them for assistance. I was told bring it in and they would help. Unfortunately that was not true and the Manager advised I would need to contact the manufacturer and if they fail to respond they would see if they could help. Basically they took my money and I have nothing but trash to throw away. Les and Bill were great but I likely won't be going anything in the future. Buyer beware on vapes and anything with a battery.

This has become my regular dispensary. Never had a bad service experience. It can be very busy at peak times and has a small parking lot.

This location is open now 10-6, Monday through Saturday and 10-4 on Sunday. The dispensary is very nice, inside and out and the service is very good and I expect will get even better as the staff gets more experience.

I will always admit when I am wrong upon further review I love the place their deals are phenomenal it would be worth all the wait time skip I'd shop here again and tell everybody

I love the bud tenders in this place. It is my go-to store. Phone and online ordering sucks...bad logistics...but they will get there. Prices are good and they have rolling sales all the time. Some new staff need more education, but I always get my questions answered. I feel like “Norm!” when I walk in.

Parking lot had only a few spots open and on the inside, I was the 'Last in Line'; first time customer and paperwork was a cinch and completed right as it was my turn in-line. Dio (aptly) and staff are so efficient, I was educated and serviced under 45 minutes! Kudos, team Verdant!

This is a good place but it gets busy depending on the time because the location is right off the freeway and people stop by after work a lot. I usually order online and pick up with minimal wait. The people here are more diverse and friendlier than other places I’ve been in the same city. Also the discounts are better here too.

Complete rip off! I ordered products from their website and they completely ghosted me. I spent several hundred dollars and then they disappeared. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

This is my preferred dispensary group. The Columbus location on Cassidy is my usual but I have visited the Newark spot. They are very busy so its an average of 45min-hour to shop. It seems their online ordering is new & overwhelmed & takes 20minutes minimum. I think its better to go inside. A few things I've been disappointed that were out before I got in but what I have gotten has weighed & been good quality. The prices are high on some strains of flower & vapes. Overall I recommend Verdent.

It’s the only dispensary that I used for 2 years and I’m done. They’ve always leaned toward incompetence and been too slow, but the location was convenient for me and the prices are solid. Today, I sat in the parking lot for over an hour waiting on my pick up order, no one came. At least 4 employees saw me and I tried to call 6 times, couldn’t get through.. I get if they are busy, but there were literally 2 people customers in the dispensary at one point. I’m finding a new dispensary and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Great deals, fantastic products, amazing staff. Parking and wait time can be rough though.

Great location. I have spoke with a few staff seen outside and they are currently closed pending final inspection but the staff report daily for training.

I Love this place. Flower hour is a great idea. Very patient friendly especially if you suffer with PTSD.Very clean,nicely lighted & just the right volume on the tubes. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I go in there. It is definitely my only dispensary while I'm in Central Ohio

I had an issue with an online order. Ended up waiting for two hours and had an employee tell me it wasn't his job to let someone know that I was skipped. Quality products but seems like some employees are clueless

Very poor customer service. They never put the patient first, since the Covid-19 outbreak Verdant Creations went to phone call orders ONLY. Now that the State of Ohio allows for online ordering it still seems to be a kink in the chain because when you show up to purchase your online order be prepared to wait about an hour to check out. Try other dispensaries in Ohio that puts patients first.

They are all so knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. If you're new to this and a little nervous don't be afraid to ask questions. They are great!

Friendly staff, but what’s the point of online orders if your whom ever rolls in first gets served first? So I order online I can be in and out in 15 minutes including ID checks and payment. Instead I have to wait over an hour with someone that just rolled up and they don’t know what they want. What’s an a indica? What’s sativa? They get their hour lesson on weed while I’m still waiting for my product I ordered 4 hours ago and have been physically waiting for over an hour. The state isn’t helping either. Don’t be shocked when I’m back to the black market dewhine you idiot. Just placed an online order and it gets canceled because they’re sold out of an item listed on their site. Wow. Just, I can’t even. Other then that it’s a great place to buy from. Convenient, clean, comfortable and welcoming

The employees make you feel very comfortable. Great location. Good specials
