Parking lot had only a few spots open and on the inside, I was the 'Last in Line'; first time customer and paperwork was a cinch and completed right as it was my turn in-line. Dio (aptly) and staff are so efficient, I was educated and serviced under 45 minutes! Kudos, team Verdant!
made me feel uncomfortable. Menu seemed decent, wait time was kind of meh. the budtender seemed pretty cool, but they turned around and made a comment about a patient they saw in their POS and that kind of pissed me off. I'll take my time elsewhere.
This is a good place but it gets busy depending on the time because the location is right off the freeway and people stop by after work a lot. I usually order online and pick up with minimal wait. The people here are more diverse and friendlier than other places I’ve been in the same city. Also the discounts are better here too.
it felt like I was in a free clinic people in the waiting area were complaining and then when I got back to make my choices I felt like I was rushed and the staff was not very helpful I will not return to this location
I will always admit when I am wrong upon further review I love the place their deals are phenomenal it would be worth all the wait time skip I'd shop here again and tell everybody
I made an online order at 12 to pick up between 530-630 I got there to a ridiculously over packed parking lot!! what a joke!! I got a number 84!! I got there at 530 and didn't even make it inside til 715 pm!! I ordered the 5.66 of the woodward blueberry cheesecake which on their website is registered at 34 tch level I get home and I look over my order to find out that a total lie! I have every picture to prove this as such! I order this on 10/30/2020. why what's the point in lying to sell your product? if it's only 28 over all ok then say that crap!!
Nothing but ignorance. Stay away. Worst dispensary ever. I drove over an hour to get to this place only to be told they are busy and to come back later. WTF kind of business model is that?
I visited again today and it was another great experience! I appreciate your assistance and professionalism dealing with my therapeutics...more than you'll ever know.

Long Waits: Depending on the 'price reduction special of the day', a transaction can sometimes take a couple of hours nowadays. COVID-19 protocols are being followed stringently (thank you!!) so that's kinda slowed everrrryythhinnnggg down (although things seem to be getting better each week I visit)
Online Orders: I would most certainly recommend you make an online order, on their website, at least an hour in advance...if not more than that.
My online order was easy to shop for, easy to build a profile, and then checkout...with no payment source requested/required to complete checkout... basically just a reservation process that's called a checkout process :)
So, once you've completed the online checkout successfully, begin to plan your trek to Verdant Creations. Sloooowly. You'll get 2 text messages pretty quickly, but the 3rd one is the most important and may take an hour or more to receive it. The text message will read "Your reservation with Verdant C. is ready for pickup."
Once you get that final text message, it's time to go pick up and pay for your beautiful new therapeutic medicine! 'May it increase your quality of life, as it has mine.'
Today, things were quick, efficient, and I was in and out of the dispensary...let alone the parking lot...within 25 minutes of my arrival :)
Any additions to or subtractions of my word-soup of a review would be a great service and very helpful to us all :)
Oh, and each day of the week's consistent, simple, and reliable price discounts are greatly appreciated by patients like myself and others.

I love the bud tenders in this place. It is my go-to store.
Phone and online ordering sucks...bad logistics...but they will get there.
Prices are good and they have rolling sales all the time.
Some new staff need more education, but I always get my questions answered.

These guys dont seem to care if their customers have issues so I rated them poorly. I had a problem the last time I went and I sent them an email. No response. So now I do not shop here or at any other Verdant in the area. I tried calling and the phone rang for 30 minutes during business hours. They boast about call ahead ordering but how can that work since you dont answer your phone. That is consistent with all the other Verdants. I called The Botanist and they answered. Seems like they want my business there so I will oblige.
Friendly staff, but what’s the point of online orders if your whom ever rolls in first gets served first? So I order online I can be in and out in 15 minutes including ID checks and payment. Instead I have to wait over an hour with someone that just rolled up and they don’t know what they want. What’s an a indica? What’s sativa? They get their hour lesson on weed while I’m still waiting for my product I ordered 4 hours ago and have been physically waiting for over an hour. The state isn’t helping either. Don’t be shocked when I’m back to the black market dewhine you idiot.
Just placed an online order and it gets canceled because they’re sold out of an item listed on their site. Wow. Just, I can’t even.
Other then that it’s a great place to buy from. Convenient, clean, comfortable and welcoming
I had an issue with an online order. Ended up waiting for two hours and had an employee tell me it wasn't his job to let someone know that I was skipped. Quality products but seems like some employees are clueless
Went to verdant for the first time. Ordered online at 3:30pm. Scheduled a 5:30-6:30 pick up window. Got there at 5:45 and they had someone come out to my car and tell me they were done filling orders for the day even tho they closed at 7pm. Then I received a text at 9:30pm saying they weren’t going to fill my order.
This is my preferred dispensary group. The Columbus location on Cassidy is my usual but I have visited the Newark spot. They are very busy so its an average of 45min-hour to shop. It seems their online ordering is new & overwhelmed & takes 20minutes minimum. I think its better to go inside. A few things I've been disappointed that were out before I got in but what I have gotten has weighed & been good quality. The prices are high on some strains of flower & vapes. Overall I recommend Verdent.
Very poor customer service. They never put the patient first, since the Covid-19 outbreak Verdant Creations went to phone call orders ONLY. Now that the State of Ohio allows for online ordering it still seems to be a kink in the chain because when you show up to purchase your online order be prepared to wait about an hour to check out. Try other dispensaries in Ohio that puts patients first.
I was on hold for 39 minutes, then hung up on. Sooo...I went in person. They then told me the medication I needed was gone, after waiting in line 45 minutes and told me the next closest thing was $70 more. Now here I sit in my car making the 80 mile trip home with nothing. Security guard was foul-mouthed and customers looked sketchy. Not returning. According to this site, the
meds I needed are still there, an hour later.
They are all so knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. If you're new to this and a little nervous don't be afraid to ask questions. They are great!
