love the staff and atmosphere. I'm really writing to ask the folks at Matter what's going on with the capsules and highest thc concentration tincture (blue). Many customers rely on these for pain management. The capsules are particularly potent and perfect for many to get through a whole day. The problem is they don’t communicate with the staff at Verilife so they're not sure what's going on. we heard the machine broke and they're waiting on a part. That said, being medical, why are we not treated like this is important medicine? If there was a shortage of insulin we'd hear about it. And, the staff said they can't contact the folks at Matter.

This place sucks. How are you going to call yourselves a medical dispensary and dispense burnt cartridges to patients and not give them a refund when they call you out for it. I’ve had burnt carts from this place before, and most of the time the flower is just popcorn nug, riddled with leaf and stem. (Glueball strain was a disaster) Absolutely laughable that you would sell something like that as “medical marijuana”. This place will have an 8th for 25 one day then the next it will be 50 dollars for the same thing. There is no consistency other than sucky product and bad service. If you are in actual need of medical marijuana do not come here. You can do much better than burnt cartridges and products that are within 2 months of their expiration date being sold for premium price. Total scam. I’ve been a “patient” here for too long.

Let's start by being crystal clear: Verilife employees are always great and the low quality score is not a reflection on them, hence the 5 stars for service. Quality only got an extra star because I'm sure the carts are the strength they say, unlike the flower. The carts are strong, yes, but the terpene profiles are severally lacking, making the little things basically panic inducers if you're not super careful. By the time you start to feel any pain relief, it's often too late and the THC has begun messing with your head. (Indica carts) The Curaleaf Indica ground flower is, frankly, a joke. They say it's 26.57% on the latest jar, but based on my 25+ years of extensive marijuana knowledge, I can assure you it's more like 15%. On top of that, this "Indica" flower is completely heady, no body at all. I have a prescription for pain, but the only flower for pain is clearly not what they say it is. It actually reminds of a lot of MAC 1 I've had from CA, which is a hybrid/Sativa leaning and has very little to no pain reliving properties. Then there's the fact that I took, out of my crazy expensive 7 grams, 0.9 grams of ground pieces of stem out. No wonder they include a print out that warns of possible side effect: headache. You've got people smoking stem. How much of the other 6.1 grams is stem that's ground too finely for me to pick it out? Frankly, disgusting. Atmosphere lost one star, again this is not because of the employees, but rather because of this terrible state: NY. No matter how nice and welcoming the employees are, it always feels like I'm entering some highly classified space where I'm not welcome. This is because of the way NY treats its patients, because we're basically just criminals in their minds still.

I truly enjoy the helpful, knowledgeable, and chill atmosphere. It's always a pleasure to see familiar faces. They ensure that I am getting the best medicinal options available for my needs. They offer compassionate care. I would highly recommend this company and location. It's always nice to see familiar faces as I try manage my health needs.

I really used to like PharmaCann's blue cartridges with the only flaw being the cartridge's hardware. I hate to say though, I'm not a fan at all of the oil that's in these new cartridges. The taste is over the top for me and the actual distillate in the cartridge just isn't giving me the same effects as the old blue cartridges. I've tried all of the new strains (BLD, JH1, PSH, and the LMG) and the JH1 was probably the best but it still has nothing on the old distillate. If I come back I'd probably just go with the flower or distillate syringe (for edibles). I really wish there was an option to buy the distillate in the old cartridges with the new CCell cartridge, that would be my #1 go to. For now though I guess I'm out of luck.

I love the products as I can function so much better than when using opioids! The drawback... PRICE! Almost nobody I know can afford $75 for a cart that they have to pay for every few days. I have to use 'street' carts at $40 for a 1ML cart vs $75 for a .5 ML cart from Pharmacann. The store is making MILLIONS, so why not get one person to full time help patients with valid cases get Insurance to help with these costs. I have 25 thousand dollars in receipts that I can't get any help with because my lawyer is so incompetent, in my opinion, that he is capable of losing a totally win-able case!! You can go to a hospital with an injury and get MMJ instead of opioids WITHOUT an MMJ card, so HOW could my lawyer lose the case with huge amounts of evidence? Maybe John Lindholm of Ouimette Goldstein and Andrews of Poughkeepsie, NY or any other of their Attorneys who had a hand in this horribly handled case could provide an answer why. I doubt they care!

This review is more about product then staff. Staff is always friendly and fast. 20:1 Delta 8 [0.5mL Waste of money didn’t feel a thing from this vape. All deltas are horrible. Cause headaches and do absolutely nothing for pain or anxiety. All the do is give you a headache and cause more anxiety.

the staff is amazing. unfortunately the Vapes and concentrations are overpriced, there's restrictions on not having certain concentrates that for my medical health would benefit me as a medical marijuana patient. wonderful facility the prices are just way too high and they need to bring back the MATTER Vapes that were disposable that were 85% THC and had more terpenes than the cure leaf one. I know matter got rid of the 85% disposables to save money but it's something that was benefiting my health tremendously than any other product and I'm very sad that it's gone.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. These people are amazing. First time using medical marijuana and they were SO knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I never felt rushed. I sat with Sarah and I explained why I was there, and she recommended what she thought was best. It was super private during my consultation. They sat me down as what I can best describe as a cubicle but with a much warmer feeling, and with a door. They have an ATM on site. They deliver! And while I've never been to another dispensary as this was my first time using a medical marijuana card, I can't speak of other places and the product quality, the prices seemed fair to me and product top notch.

I didn’t like that you tell the people to put in your discount and they don’t . Also that when I went they gave me the wrong chewable I wanted the gummies and they didn’t exchange it . This place it’s not worth going to . Drive to Ballston spa better service and won’t feel so stuffy going for your medication . I have chronic neck pain and I need this medicine and this location it’s closer but for now on I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to the ballston spa FP wellness . Never again ! Plus they didn’t use my discount or you get credit and they don’t use it . PS atm it’s a robbery also .

I think the prices are too high. I think perhaps the business is restricted from lowering their prices. In any case I would like to see deeper discounts, better percentages off for seniors citizens,disabled , etc etc persons. Quality is good I guess. I don’t have anything else to compare it to. This is the only place I get my vapes from. I would also like to see occasional samples for edibles. The atmosphere is cool.. The staff seem very friendly as well as knowledgeable I will miss the coffeemaker they used to have before covid. It was nice to have a cup of coffee while minimally waiting in the lobby. All in all going there is a nice experience. I am happy they now have flower. I would also like to see them expand so there would be more inventory to purchase. My biggest issue is the prices. They REALLY need to come down if they would like to compete with the cartel or whoever it is that brings the illegal stuff in.

Overpriced and they really don’t have a cart that works for more then 3 days without ruining your pen. People who work there are fantastic and the atmosphere is flawless.

I’ve been coming here for around 2 years. This is my favorite dispensary in NY state. The ENTIRE staff is amazing, and will go out of their way to help you with anything you need (consultation, medical card applications). It’s always a pleasure seeing them, and I will continue coming here till the day they close!
