I’ve been a customer for about 4 years. My experience suggests that Vidacann offers superior products, educated sales personnel and regular savings discounts that brings me back time again. One of the unique features is I see familiar faces behind the sales counter . Special recognition for Sales rep Lydia. By far the best experience in a dispensary, and this is a lot, considering it is a fairly new field of business, and most dispensaries give it a serious try to establish themselves with customers. Nevertheless, the service I received form Samantha B really stood out. She has outstanding customer attitude, her demeanor makes you feel that there is no other place she'd rather be at that moment, which is rare. Very impressed. Thank you Samantha!

Had a great experience at Vidacann yesterday! Excited they have ground flower at the competitive price point! and the quality is amazing, also the great customer service put the icing on the cake!

Finally opened!!! We’ve been waiting months to shop here. Had 10 strains of flower available as well as a ton of different vapes. Great customer service and the store itself is beautiful.

I was here during their soft open. Service was good. Knowledge was questionable but I’d rather someone not know then make it up.

the staff was nice, everyone i spoke to outside the manager never tried anything and didn't even have there license. Well the FLOWER was HORRIBLE in my opinion, very light and fluffy with ZERO smell! very dissatisfied wish I never saw they were open and wasted my $ on there medicine. Hope this helps someone else..

While I enjoy some of their cartridges particularly the V9 (which they are discontinuing ) I am glad that they are empty , worst customer service in area!

Everyone was so helpful and nice. The second review is completely false. 90% of the workers have a card and have tried the products. They were very knowledgeable and everything was great quality. Can't wait for the Tropicana Haze to come back.
