The last time I went to a Vidacann after I made my purchase, the person who helped me failed to realize I had a $20 credit from my points I had accrued. I noticed it when I got back to my car and said to myself “surely I will be back so I will just save it for then”. Well I came to the Vidacann in Bonita Beach today and when I asked about my points accrued and to use my $20, a rude lady at the front desk told me I was out of luck because they had just changed the point system. She explained that it is not their staffs responsibility to follow points and that it was ours, and that I should have received an email. I never received an email and I’ve double checked three times. When I kindly asked to maybe ask a a manger to honor it, she exclaimed she was the manager. This trip made my last and my final trip to a Vidacann a miserable anxiety ridden experience. A big burly dude with a big beard piped up behind the rude manager and made me feel like a child and completely belittled me - all because I was asking for a discount that I had earned from spending almost $400. Highly do not recommend this location to anybody. Save your money go elsewhere they are better Vidacann’s. I won’t to any after this experience. Thanks for nothing guys/gals. And by the way I expected the manager of the place to act a little more professional regardless of whether I was right or wrong. Won’t be back. Warning everyone in advance.
