Zen Leaf - Naugatuck (Med/Rec)

I never had an issue with Zen Leaf until my last pre-order I had made. it was on a Sunday night I waited until the dispensary was closed to place my order for the following morning pick up at 915am. I got the confirmation email and everything. I had stopped before work. When I checked in the Zelest told me that she couldn't find my order then stated ok I found you! So I go into the back where MEDICAL PATIENTS are supposed to be FIRST PRIORITY OVER REC. Not only did they move the Medial pick up/order over to the 1 register where that was always the Rec side, there were 2 people infront of me which was fine but there was no one to help us as we got frustrated and started talking about it being bs and then finally someone came over. when I finally got to the register my pre-order had been dismissed yet I had ZERO NOTIFICATIONS OF THIS, I asked why? and they stated because I placed it the night before, but I showed him that my order was placed after closing at 6pm I waited until around 7pm to place my order. He looked like he just smoked no judgement cause I smoke too (not at work tho) but NOT only that but it took 20mins for him to come back with my order which made no sense but to see the workers just talking and I had to get to work for 12pm. I work 10-15mins away at most and I arrived at 1130am, I had to be in work for 12pm. I didn't walk out of Zenleaf until 12:01pm. I had to call my manager at 1150pm to tell him I was going to be late which I shouldn't of had to have done, cause I placed my order before hand and they just dismissed it without any notification or explanation of why. It was very frustrating and I work in a Dispensary just we are Rec only so I have to pay taxes, as to why I came here cause I'm Medical and also we didn't have the strain I wanted yet. I have been purchasing from my job lately and basically my employee discount covers the taxes plus our prices and deals are better which makes no sense to me cause medical is usually cheaper 🤔.. Very disappointed. Also they don't carry some great growers strains either which makes no sense cause Earl Baker Flower is the best in CT! All hours I good too! js.. Have a better selection!
