Easily the worst dispensary in the area in multiple ways. They're by far the most expensive, even their in-house brands are expensive for the quality, and there was multiple times where savvy and essence were underweight for me. Everything they have is usually a good bit more expensive than other dispensaries, and if you compare it to Organic Remedies the difference is absolutely insane. You can likely get double, maybe triple the amount of product at organic for the same price or cheaper than Zen Leaf. Even the employee discount doesn't make zenleaf cheaper than organic which is baffling. Most of the staff also have no idea what they're talking about and if you question anything they say (even with proof) they take offense to it. Normally that wouldn't be the biggest deal but for one, people waste a lot of money because of blatantly wrong medical information, and two, there's instances where you wouldn't even try a product if they didn't upsell it by lying about it.. again wasting money. The reward system is whack, you can't stack discounts, I mean honestly I really don't know why anyone would go here unless it's for convenience. Prices are the highest in the area, they're the least knowledgeable staff in the area, and some of the staff is straight up miserable/rude as hell. Zero redeeming things about this place other than the fact that you can pop in chipotle right after you get your order.

I really like this place.. the staff is really nice and friendly.. everybody welcomes you at soon you enter the store.. prices are good and offers really feels like offers not like Organic or any other places that when they give you an offer everything is dry or shakes…

Stop there today at noon on my way home. Stood in line outside for 15 minutes in 15 mph winds. before allowed into store. check in went fine. Got into store and immediately saw why I waited outside in freezing cold - they had only 2 of 7 sales cubicles available. So I and others and others stood outside and froze our asses off because MANAGEMENT WAS TOO DAMN CHEAP TO BRING IN MORE SALES ASSOCIATES. I've managed businesses for more than 40 years and this York Zenleaf has no clue about customer service. Strike 1.
Short line inside not moving but after 5 minutes I am next in line for counter. During this time a line of 6 to 8 people forms inside behind me. Some move to ATM to get money and a line forms at the only working ATM. Meanwhile at counter both customers place their orders then need to go to ATM, get in line and wait their turn to get money from ATM. Meanwhile, back at the counter, both sales associates are waiting idly while the line at the only ATM that works clears so they can conclude the sales. Strike 2. I was escorted from building and sent on my way after making a comment to the customer at counter. But the rub here is this - that ATM wasn't working 2 weeks ago when I had to use one for cash. Strike 3. C'mon. man, we the med cannibus users deserve better. There are other equally good shops nearby and I suggest you find them.

So this is my second time in this place and the receptionist was great they were helpful and understanding but when I got to the pick up counter the woman was rude treating me like I should know that I was supposed to show my license again when I'm used to organic remedy where they do things differently. And she never read the special request portion where I was asking to speak to the manager about my 2nd interview with them instead she gives me this annoyed Daria look like I'm what's wrong here and says have great day bye and I'm baffled cause I was waiting for her to give me directions about my request to see the manager. I'm sry that one person could ruin the vibe for the whole store but I'd never treat a customers that poorly. But I feel like maybe something was bothering her like stress of some sort so for the sheer lack of information I'd continue going as many of the other employees are sweet and helpful.
