Need a zips in walla walla Washington they'd blow the competition away half of walla walla fed-up with the corrupt business owners a greener today is trash sells trash they know and keep it on the shelves the walla walla weedery owners are gang members and the cannabis company just too expensive because she's on the Wine Tours. Walla Walla definitely needs a zips.

The top shelf products always "disappear" from the back - staff hoards all the best product. Item will be on the menu, yet unavailable for purchase. You can even order it, they'll message saying its ready, you get there and they'll tell you they don't have it. I'd say go elsewhere, but you cant, as this company has purchased almost every other store in town!! so... 🙄yay for legal weed... 👎👎 zero stars!

Good weed can be found anywhere in our state which is wonderful. However the great thing about Zipps downtown Tacoma is and will always be the place with impeccable Customer service from my bud tender BRI.. Thanks for the help today! You got skills girl!!!!

For the last couple of years this was where I shopped. Not any more. My last 2 visits they had no bags for purchases. I buy edibles. Today they used rubber bands to hold 2 packages together. I left with 3 bundles. They don't have senior discount any more. No labor day deals which was a good thing cause they only had one person at the counter. Their website is a forgotten project unless you care about last years 420 deals. They don't update their system for new product so they have to run to the back to fix it. I always tipped well. I over looked the poor parking. Not any more. Time for a new place to shop.

after thousands of dollars spent there, they hired a new security guard with a bad attitude, and because I told him he's not a cop for asking me to move my car, he started lying to the staff, accusing me of cursing him out. Then, some other guy comes put from the alley and literlaly threatend me, and when I say "what you gonna do" everyone started yelling at me to leave. So, apparently the second guy, is probably the one who got his rude friend hired and felt the need to try and intimidate me. It's not the only place on town to get weed, and has been my favorite place for like two years

A wide variety of selections from the low to high end as far as flower. They carry a lot of other products too like salves, edibles, tinctures, extracts, etc. The budtenders were very polite and knowledgable. They had to deal with an upset customer over a misunderstanding with happy hour and went out of their way to make it right but also reaffirm their business practices. Quiet and calm atmosphere and the music brought me way back. I was just visiting but if I return to Tacoma this would definitely be the shop I return to.

Now that it is zips and not urban bud I will no longer shop there. Without any notification they dropped bundling prices and after a 2 hour drive to get there, I find it is no longer available and the same 8 1/8's that I used to get for $280 is now $400. I will never shop there again. You just lost an ounce a week from me and most likely I will get my friends to stop shopping there as well.

This location has certain happy hour times to get 25% off yet every time I try to use this discount I am told “oh yeah that’s not an item that is included in that deal” Hey here’s a thought how about you have *restrictions may apply. It isn’t noted anywhere and it is fucking infuriating when your associates shrug it off as oh well. Horrible fucking service.

This shop has a few key things going for it... a "buyer" who knows good product, budtenders who know what is quality and where the good values are in the store, and daily specials that allow you to shop for less if you plan your visits. I get 20% off flower a few days a week and 20% off oils and concentrates a couple days a week...can't beat it. The quality of weed is up to the Vendor. This shop has many good product lines along with the common crapola you find everywhere. That's where a smart budtender is key. I have largely had great experiences here, Cynthia is a shiny soul who takes her time helping people get the right strain, there are several gentlemen here who are great, too...only one very young lady that works here is a problem, she is aloof, distant, you ask for a given strain and she just says "nope." with a sarcastic face, no further recommendations offered... I have walked out when she was my clerk. Can't call her a budtender, she has never exhibited knowledge of product... but I have learned to stay out of her line. Barring this one bad apple, Erroll's crew is top notch.

The first time I went to this shop about 6 weeks ago I wasn’t super impressed by the shop itself - seemed kind of empty and dark. The budtender that helped me the first time was lovely and recommended some nice strains and was knowledgable about effects and the store deals to make the best of the deals. And math. I went back tonight (I liked the Zoot drops I got there last time and didn’t want to hunt for another shop that had those when Urban Bud is on my way home.) I was pleasantly surprised! It appears they’re slowly working on adding to the store, with a second checkout area displaying more of the edibles and concentrates. They also had a much larger selection of pipes I was happy to see. A few small hand pipes, glass and silicone bongs, and a lot of dab rigs. Most were basic but it looks like they’re adding more, and more unique pieces. Given how much they’ve grown in two months I’m eager to keep visiting to see new stock and how they flesh out the front area with all the glass.

Visiting Tacoma from Seattle, I stopped by this place to pick up some MJ medicine after reading some positive reviews. What a gross, regrettable mistake and waste of time! I am an older, retired attorney in my late 60s and have been practicing law in Washington State for almost four decades. At the entrance, I was confronted by two burly, thuggish-looking youngsters that demanded I couldn't enter with my single-shoulder, black sling purse -- which is small and only holds my keys, wallet and phone. When I inquired whether women were also required to give up their purses before entry, they told me no...but that I wasn't a woman and, even if I was gay, I couldn't come in with my purse. When I told them that I was an attorney and their policy was sexist and a violation of Equal Protection and due process under the law, they scoffed at that and demanded to see my "credentials." No doubt, their aggressive, questioning posture was due in part to my being a person of color. After all that, I took the time to retrieve my Washington State Bar Association card from my wallet and presented it to them, whereupon they glowered at me and dismissively said it didn't matter and I couldn't enter regardless, even physically puffing out their chests as if to dare me to try something. It was a comical incident straight out of grade school. In an era of Trump-fostered policies of sexism and racism, I would caution everyone -- especially people of color and members of the LGBTQ community -- to NOT patronize this business. Clearly, if the owners of this bud dispensary hire young, dim-witted, disrespectful thugs like this for security and allow them the discretion to make executive managerial decisions...then this business does not deserve to survive in a very competitive cannabis market. There are so many other better choices out there, bud dispensaries with truly professional, courteous staff that want your business and hard-earned dollars, and don't hassle their customers with juvenile attitude. Stay away...far away!

All I can say is WOW!!!! First off they have the absolute best deals on half oz and oz from Olympia to Tacoma, where of course they are located. And the inside is just fantastic. All of the budtenders were happy and smiling it was a beautiful scene. They didn't have the Blue Dream I was originally coming in for but not to fear, the individual helping me recommended Harambe instead which just for names sake was awsome but is hands down my new favorite hybrid. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10 I will be making this my regular shop!!!!!!

Staff is not as knowledgeable, or friendly as some of other dispensary’s.

This is my other go-to store in Tacoma, especially when I'm buying bulk or need a specific strain. These guys have so much variety and some seriously phenomenal deals. The staff is upbeat and friendly, though I don't know how knowledgeable since I always know what I want here. I feel bad giving the atmosphere 4 stars as the owner made the space very nice, but I'm personally adverse to the high ceiling, modern-styled stores.
