I logged into the virtual appointment 10 minutes early, and the practitioner was already there. She was very friendly and helpful and approved me in just about five minutes. Excellent experience!
My appointment started promptly and was a very easygoing experience. The email made it simple to follow the directions to complete the necessary forms for the appointment and how to log-on to the appointment. She answered all of my questions and gave me many useful tips and suggestions on how to ask the dispensary about products, varying questions etc. After the appointment I promptly received an email detailing how to submit everything I need with the state to receive my card. 5/5 would recommend
The telehealth appointment started promptly. The provider (Bryan Carter) was friendly, efficient, and approachable. The follow-up email provided excellent instructions and a copy of the certification. The process could not have been easier. Strongly recommend.
