Went to do my second renewal and they wanted new ptsd recommendation when my old one was fine for pst 2 years. They just wanted to charge me to see their ptsd dr to get more money. I called around to other medical card places and they dont require new dr paperwork every year. Also last year my renewal dr was Joseph berger but on my ohio mmj patient portal it said rand dawson. They had the wrong dr listed and James said it was just a formality, I had a dr recommendation on my card for a dr I never saw! I bet the board of pharmacy wouldnt think it was just a formality. I also asked for them to update my phone number on the patient portal last year and they never did.

They were very efficient with scheduling from initial consultation to actually seeing the doctor. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was compassionate and understanding. Definitely a great experience.
