I live in a very rural area and have very spots service but Dr. Kim went out of his way to call me when I was unable to contact him, now that's excellent service!! Process extremely efficient, I was using the second year of the medical review package and I felt very confident in their honoring of that promotion. Emails and texts along the way and reminders so that i didn’t let too much time elapse before renewing were very helpful. Customer service was quick and cheerfully helpful in answering questions.

The past two renewal have also been a seemless process. Great team, great service. Will be renewed again with them December 2022.

The appointment was easy to schedule. The Dr was kind & understanding and the clinic kept in touch along the whole process with confirmation emails and etc. Everything was very clear. I really appreciated that.

I like how easy it was to hook an appointment. I had questions prior to my televisit and I was able to speak to someone and get all my questions answered. My visit went very well, quick, efficient and I was listened to thoroughly.

I received a link to the tele med appointment and clicking and signing in was effortless . The doctor was kind and had already reviewed my file so the appointment went quickly but I didn't feel rushed. My husband had a similar experience. The necessary Physician Certification Form was uploaded to the MMMP site within the hour and I was able to complete the rest of my application the same day.
