Northern Light Automatic

I planted NiLA and she germinated on August 29, 2026. She had a very harsh upbringing. She started and germinated in my closet. At the time, I had no equipment, just a desire to see if I could accomplish this endeavor. Well, I moved her to the garage when she peeked out. That is when her real journey started. The average temperature went up to 107° almost every day in September. She was a weed, so I just fed her and kept a fan on her not knowing any better. FYI-I am 71 years old and disabled from 3rd and 4th degree cooking oil burns on both feet top and bottom, both legs and my left arm so I cannot do another for very long. The cannabis is for severe chronic pain. But back to the Saga of NiLA. I have converted my 8'×16' vinyl shed into a grow shed where NiLA spent several days enduring record heat and no humidity. I did get a nice light, camera, humidifier, and control panel, so then I was able to see just how bad I was mistreating her. I'm talking readings like 107°, 40% rh, and 3.2 VPD. Y'all see, I have come a long way. Anyway, this has got to be the most resilient plant ever. With all of the times that I tried to kill her, she fought through. Oh, I forgot to tell you. She didn't start to flower until Halloween. Just a few days late. Anyway, we are still growing and I have HIGH hopes for the buds that she will produce and I will accept full responsibility for any mishaps that occur from this point on. I would highly recommend this pick.

Royal Queen Seeds knocked it out of the park with their Northern Light Automatic seeds, and they've earned my business for good. The whole process from ordering to harvest was smooth. Their local US shipping is super fast, the packaging is discreet, and the prices are totally fair when you can grab a three pack for under thirty bucks. They advertise a 99 percent germination rate and have a 4.7 out of 5 rating across over 60,000 customer reviews, and my seeds popped right on schedule in less than two days. These plants are tough, consistent, and a breeze to manage inside an indoor tent setup. This cross of classic Afghan Northern Light and Ruderalis gives you an 80 percent indica and 20 percent ruderalis plant that flips into flower on its own without needing any timer adjustments. Mine stayed at a great height for an indoor tent, right inside that expected 31 to 47 inch indoor range, and finished its entire life cycle from seed to harvest in right around 10 to 12 weeks. The yields are huge for an autoflower, easily living up to its reputation of pulling 500 to 550 grams per square meter indoors with dense buds covered in trichomes. The cured flower has a sweet citrus, earthy pine, and fruity pepper taste, and the 14 percent THC delivers a smooth, relaxing body feel alongside a clear, uplifting head buzz. If you want classic genetics that grow fast and a seed bank that actually delivers on its promises, you can't go wrong with RQS.

First time growing. Germination was rocky but then she took off. Thriving and in pre flower. Plant is beautiful and growing alongside Hulkberry auto also.

Hardest working plant. Sprouted quick battled a gnat attack and is growing like a ..weed. highly recommend first auto didnt disappoint.

Received free seed as part of a promotion with others seeds I ordered. Took right off and covered with buds. Very impressed so far. RQS service is awesome.
