Soap at the front almost made me cry sharing with me how I make her feel when she visits the coffee shop where I work from time to time. I told them I love what I do and I hope everyone feels it every time they visits! It was a genuine interaction and the only thing that stopped us from our chat was a patient arriving as we spoke. Tyler was great at the counter.

Mars is awesome.

This was my third visit to this particular location. In the past I have always felt the positivity exuding out of budtender Kedrick in particular. Not on this visit. The entire staff seemed a bit beaten down by the day. The desk attendant made sure to call me for the pick up order I placed online after quite the wait in the lobby. I imagine they ran into a problem once again with my name as it appeared on the order versus the name on my state issue I.D. This depending on the dispensary (Releaf, Mana Supply Middle River and Triology Wellness) always seems to delay my online purchasing process but you know Trilogy was advertising the Monogram for $40 if you purchased ahead so I had no choice but to pay the additional $10 or place an online order under my “stage name”. The attendant at the desk made sure to call me for the order by only my first name as again it matched the name on my state issued I.D. I approached bud tender “A” exuberantly which may have been a bit overwhelming after 7 on a Saturday night. “A” confirmed the order and asked if I wanted anything else. I inquired about any new topicals that might have come to market as I was really into things like that. “A” ran down what they were offering. Nothing new so I went with Dr. Solomons Unwind lotion. I then asked about a type of Betty’s Edibles that were advertised to get one in the mood for intimacy. “A” went to look through the selection as another bud tender was passing and overhearing our interaction. This bud tender quickly proclaimed “Smashin’ Passion’! That was it! I appreciated the attentiveness of this additional floor assistant to help both myself and “A” in our transaction. Finally after being fully tendered out I inquired about savings patients were eligible for upon their third visit. “A” knew exactly what I wad referring to and added the savings to the order. I saved a total of $34 on the entire order and left the dispensary feeling terrible for the staff there. They just seemed in a severe funk and I was sincerely hoping my attitude wasn’t negatively impacting the remainder of their night. S/O to that other bud tender who helped us out again and to Kedrick for being a complete LEGEND and “A” for putting up with my zeal for living well!

Only curbside pickup was available at the time of my visit. There also is a massive sign on the back of the dispensary, but no additional signs pointing you to the “store front” which I walked to expecting to go in only to find that I had to walk back around “back” to get in my car and drive around to the “front”. I appreciated the free tshirt and friendly disposition of both budtenders I interacted with but the back and forth from discovering I was in the back parking lot, then walking to the front, then walking back to my vehicle to retrieve my pickup order made this visit far from a seamless and a bit inconvenient.

The budtender Greg hooked up a 40 pack of the Do Drop Seal Salt 1:1 THC CBD CHOCOLATES although as of late I hadn't been able to find anywhere in this quantities. I can only find 20 packs at most locations I frequent. I think he grabbed a display pack to surprise and delight me and I was! Little things like that, making me feel as I've been hooked up are the LEGENDARY experiences that keep me coming back for more and set the bar highest for my return visits...and encourage me to recommend the spot to friends. 5 star Greg the real G of Nirvana

I visited this shop because I was in the area on Friday 10/29/2021. The shop seemed pretty 'bare bones' from my first and only other visit last year. I found out from the budtender, Barbie that the business was transitioning owners hence the limited menu (only 1/8th's of flower available no grams or grams and a half) and lack of merchandise in and around the space. Despite these glaring discoveries on my visit Barbie recommended thee very best strain at the most affordable price that has left me so satisfied, elated and feeling well! I appreciate that Barbie provided me the best patient support and I sincerelyhope that the new owners retain such a mage of a budtender! Oh the strain was Chrome Slipper 99 by Kind Tree!
