I really DID NOT want anything that would make me high or loopy, as I work during the day and really need to concentrate on my work. This CBD oil has helped with debilitating insomnia, migraines, anxiety, and skin allergies. I take it at night, but I can’t take it during the day. I wish there was a CBD with no THC at all in it, then I could take it during the day

I am a beginner with this as I have bad arthritis and the medical marijuana doctor suggested this. I bought a jar that is one eighth of an ounce, which is about eight flowers. How much should I put in a batch of brownies? Emphasis on beginner (me) thank you
