Could not agree more with others' reviews. Amazing strain. This was the first flower I bought for myself after getting smoked up by friends, and it was amazing for me. Calm, restful, but not too drowsy-headed. Good taste and doesn't dry you out much at all. Very good to calm anxiety.
I'd describe a high on Ice Cream Cake like the water cycle.
As the high comes on, you feel like water in the ocean. Still grounded, but fluid, connected. It begins very cool and dense. You rise through the currents from the depths into sunlight and bask in the rays rippling through the surface.
As you gradually gain energy, you evaporate and ascend. You are carried on the summer breeze, light as air. A strong, warm tingling sensation fills the body the body. It travels to the head and it feels as if you become weightless.
As you rise, your particles collect and condense. This phase of the high feels very cloudy. Like a big, fluffy cumulus in the sunset. A cloudy body high replaces the tingling as you peacefully float in euphoria.
As you slowly gather weight again, you precipitate down to the earth. You are a refreshing summer rainstorm falling through the trees. The cloudy body high condenses into a distinct falling weightiness.
Having fallen, your droplets are returned to the earth until the cycle begins again. The after-high is just like after a summer rainstorm. A mellow, earthy feeling resides.
The after-high can be a little groggy, and this is a pretty sleepy weed, so I wouldn't recommend this one as a good daytime strain. It is an amazing strain for sleep, cuddles, eating, and listening to music. Very relaxing, very meditative. I've personally had amazing experience with this strain. 1000% recommend if you're looking for a good Indicia strain.
