I've been shopping here for many years, and today was only my second disappointing experience, which is why my rating is so high. I placed an order online only to be contacted a few hours later and told the product I ordered was actually out of stock. I was offered a "comparable" product, but only 25% of the quantity I ordered was available. It's disappointing on 2 levels. Their website inventory was wrong, causing me to stop my search last night. Had the website been accurate, I'd have continued looking elsewhere. The more disappointing aspect was their customer service response. The proper way to address their error would have been to offer the same amount of a comparable product for the price of the item out of stock. Maybe my expectations are too high since I've always been so well treated here in the past, but this experience was a significant disappointment. It certainly isn't what I've come to expect when shopping here. I hope this is a rare exception and not a sign of things to come... I will continue shopping here, but I'm keeping an eye out for more signs of decline at my favorite dispensary.
