I go to many dispensaries around my area, herb n joy being the worst experience by far. I understand security and the procedure for those who have a medical card but the associate who helped me which is also the person who would scan the ID’s had a nasty attitude and did not believe my recommendation was valid. She proceeded with the attitude the entire time I was there. Each time I go and she’s there I’m faced with the Attitude before I enter, due to this I do not go through with a full stay and leave. The fact that this associate is considered the “face” of the dispensary because she scans people in is very disappointing. I’m not asking for cheerleader energy but being respected is the bare minimum. Sadly I will not be coming back at all due to this, I’d rather travel further than be faced with a stank attitude each time I go in. I’m unsure of the associates name but if she’s having a bad day, taking it out on the customer is beyond petty. I would’ve love to come back since I did have a time she was not on shift and had an amazing time. I won’t be coming back until this attitude with customers is fixed.
