I loved this dispensary until the crappy customer service. I had tried to put an order in sat (5 days ago) and couldn’t so I called and left a message. No call back. I finally got my order placed Sunday for delivery Monday. No one called to confirm and no one showed up Monday. So I looked at the order on blackbird and they had cancelled. No reason, no call and no email. So I emailed and called Monday night. No response. Emailed last night and still no response. I will no longer give them my business strictly because of their customer service.
