my shopping experience was OK. The bartender that waited on me was new and when I asked him some questions about discounts, he seemed to get quite flustered in my experience. If a customer ask you a question you cannot answer. Let them know you are going to ask about it and try and get an answer for them. The other staff member that was working, seemed put out when there were questions about discounts. I was not demanding a discount. I was simply asking for clarification on the existing discount they have with their loyalty rewards. Staff seemed stressed.

I love this dispensary. This was the first place that I visited to get information regarding the dispensaries in Durango and haven't gone anywhere else. The staff is friendly, helpful, and make me feel like family. I would recommend this place hands down to any patients looking for a great dispensary to go to.
