They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. You can really tell they care about helping customers find exactly what they need. The whole visit felt welcoming and stress-free because of their positive attitude and professionalism. Customer service like this is why I keep coming back to JARS. Highly recommend!
