RYAN S. did not provide good customer service. I wasn’t greeted and he just asked for “ID” no hi or anything . Snatched my id from my hand and wasn’t nice about showing me different options. i asked for indica and he scanned the first one he grabbed without asking if that’s the one i wanted. It looked good so i grabbed it anyways. I handed him $40 and my change was $2 and he put it back on the counter and didn’t even hang my bag over. he left it on the counter and DID NOT SAY ANYTHING!!!!! very rude, this is the second time this employee has been rude.

Ask for Josh. Dude knows his stuff, actually listens, and gets you exactly what you need. Best budtender at JARS, no contest.

i really love jars. it’s my fav dispo in my area and this location is super close to me which is great when i need to do a online or pick up order.
