I had an excellent experience at JARS thanks to an amazing staff member. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. You can really tell they care about helping customers find exactly what they need. The whole visit felt welcoming and stress-free because of their positive attitude and professionalism. Customer service like this is why I keep coming back to JARS. Highly recommend!

ALWAYS a great experience at Jars Arcadia! The bud tenders are awesome and really know their stuff! Robert helped me pick a bomb strain I wouldn'tnormally choose ; Pablo at the door is ALWAYS smiling and super friendly; and Renee is super helpful and ALWAYS a pleasant vibe. The staff keeps me coming back!
Walked in to get 1/2 it was bogo buy one get one free so I was able to get whole 1/2 for free and when I walked in to confirm my order the price went up from 40 to 80 the 1/2 oz was charged instead of free I think do you have deal own up to them because you mess up it’s not a customer fault so they don’t get the deal it even says on Leafly buy 1 supercharged get the other free like I will definitely not be coming back to this location because of my experience today with pricing and how the lady did not care about the situation of wrong pricing

Once again, Jars is the best dispensary around! I got taken care of by Alek, with a k, and he was an awesome dude. I made a bad sexual innuendo about the strain French Lotus which made him laugh. He has one of the most infectious laughs ever so try to crack him up and you can hear for yourself! Oh yeah, he's a great budtender too!
