I wanna start off this by saying I’ve been coming here for almost 5 years at this point never left a good review because I never thought I would have to because this store is very exceptional but the situation that I had to deal with today was completely unacceptable, It was just another routine day for me ordering in the store, then checking out, but when I went to check out the lady in question “J’DA” that was assisting me first off her vibe just seemed very unwelcoming to me unfortunate because she’s checked me out in the past but today felt different, So when checking out, I went to my car to check the items like I always do to see if I have them all but today I didn’t have the joint that I ordered alongside with my cartridge so I went back into the store to inform her then, she asked if I can check my car again, which I accepted And checked again My order still wasn’t there Then I walked into the store as third time To ask for assistance and at this point “J’DA” Was being really combative and argumentative to me When my simple request was, can I get a refund The item that I PAID FOR Once again she requested for me to check my car my person And the surroundings to which, I complied To yet again My order still wasn’t anywhere to be found So for a fourth time I had to convince/argue with “J’DA” to give me my order THAT I PAID FOR She ended up giving me my Order But did so in a very condescending fashion overall, this was a very Surreal and shocking moment For me because I’ve been coming here for 5 years ,I definitely know that I will not be checking “J’DA”no longer.
